Very impressive tv for a great price! Love it
Very impressed! I was replacing an older model Vizio/32 inch flat screen, non smart tv in my room. I must say the quality of the picture and ease of setting it up was very simplified. Color, sound quality and the many options to choose are a top priority, and this tv has it all. I am very satisfied with it and glad I chose this particular Fire tv. No need for an additional Fire stick with it. And it being internal will keep updating itself.

    Qled for the win
Great value for the price. Picture quality is sharp with vibrant colors, especially for movies and streaming in 4K. Setup was quick and the TV is easy to use. The interface is responsive and apps load fast enough for everyday viewing.Sound is decent for built-in speakers, but a soundbar definitely improves the experience. Motion handling is good for TV and movies, though serious gamers may want higher refresh rates.Overall, it’s a solid TV if you want good picture quality without paying premium-brand prices. I’m happy with it for the cost.

Great, clear, picture. Recommend adding soundbar
Very happy. This TV was inexpensive, but has a great picture and all the settings I needed to adjust color and brightness to just what I wanted. Very clear picture. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the speakers are in the back and the sound wasn’t great since the speakers face the wall. It wasn’t awful, but not right either. I bought an inexpensive soundbar (Amazon sells refurbished soundbars) and now it sounds great. Note that if you add a soundbar, the ARC hdmi to plug the soundbar into is HDMI3, not the standard HDMI1. That threw me for a while until I figured it out.

Good Overall But Not Fully Convinced
First, let me say I have had a 47″ LG LED 1080p TV for over 15 years. I also have a 55 inch TCL Roku 4k TV, that I’ve had for about 6 years. I bought this set to replace my LG that has been my “daily driver” in the living room for a long time. I have it hooked up to a ROKU 4k Stick and an antenna, and pretty decent Internet. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:-Easy set up out the box- Easy to connect with my Roku Stick.- Super clear picture in some situations when streaming Prime Video or Netflix.- I love that I can use either remote to control the TV (I usually use the Roku remote, but the TV remote is for local stations).- It looks sharp with the very thin bezel.- The Price was right for what I was looking for.Cons:- I’m still playing with the picture settings to find the look I want. The picture seems kinda flat in some situations.- I definitely prefer the Roku interface to the Fire TV one.- I did not consider the size of the bezel on my old TV, so I should’ve gone bigger (nothing against Hisense). It looks smaller than my old LG.-I will need a sound bar for the TV, as the sound is ok but not great. I am old school, and I can’t connect this to my receiver and surround setup (also over 15 years old) since there is not an AV output.Overall, the TV is still growing on me. I see the difference in qled vs my TCL and LG, and it’s an upgrade even though something still seems off. It was a good purchase, and I’ll update this later as I use it more.

Works great as a 4K monitor
I’ve bought this TV to replace a 40″ Samsung 4K TV that I have been using as my computer monitor for years. The Samsung had several places with burn-in and was getting hard to use as a result. This monitor is a clear improvement over the Samsung in many ways:- It’s a bit larger (43″ instead of 40″, which is welcome enlargement for my old eyes)- It supports 120Hz and HDR through HDMI 2.0, which works well with my 3 connected computers (a PC with an NVidia 2060, a recent HP laptop and a Mac Mini M4)- It provides a very clean display with text looking perfectly legible, even in small size.- It has nice color, with bright whites and dark blacks.- It is supposed to have low latency, although I don’t really care and I seldom play games. On the negative side, I find the fireTV UI a bit slow and annoying. Switching inputs is not hard, but was clearly faster on my Samsung. There is a button that lets me switch from recent inputs and that works better than the normal way of switching through the UI, which requires several key presses. I don’t use any of the FireTV functionality, so i won’t comment on it. I have a FireTV cube on another TV and I don’t like the UI on it due to the ads and the Amazon-centric design.Overall, I highly recommend this model to use as a computer monitor. I got it at a great price and it has better specs than the similar model that Costco sells (which only supports 60Hz refresh rate). For <$200 you can't get anything better in my opinion.

    Good budget TV but…
After I got this TV up and going it was blurry and paused alot for a week or so which I thought was odd because my wifi modem was only 7 feet away. So I bought a 15 foot ethernet (LAN) cable. I hooked it up and it has been smooth and flawless since with a good picture for the money spent.I would recommend this TV only if it is hardwired into the modem. Also this 65″ TV is in my bright living room with lots of large windows and the picture is bright and clear.
