A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.

6. Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great door cam easy to install and the app is easy to use you can use it as a security cam for other areas too it’s cheap for what they give you. You also have a chance of getting free cameras and more video storage

Setup is pretty easy. The video quality is good. 2-way audio works well. The doorbell works well by the included chime box that you can plug into any standard outlet and also by notification on your phone through the app. You can use it without the chime box or turn off the phone notification for the doorbell if you don’t like those features. It does require a subscription to view recorded video clips, but at only $30/year, it’s quite reasonable. In my experience, the battery lasts more than one month before needing to be recharged. It’s a great alternative to the pricey brand name doorbell cameras.

Easy, good price
Love the camera. Super easy set up. Works great. The doorbell is nice and loud so we can hear it from anywhere in the house. Definitely worth it for the price. Battery life is decently long lived. It came with about 70% battery and in 3 weeks I’ve only had to charge it once. All in all happy with my purchase.

Low battery life
Very clear picture and easy to put together. The app wasn’t very user friendly, also my partner tried to download the app and use it and it logs me off if he logs on. Not sure if he needs to create a separate account. My biggest disappointment is battery life. I got it on 80% 4 days ago it’s now on 7% HUGE issue if I’m going to have to charge it once week !Editing to add I just charged it again 3 days ago and now it’s on 9% AWFUL!
