Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera: Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great doorbell camera, can’t beat the price.
Love pretty much everything about this doorbell camera, great quality video and the price is perfect. Be aware, to get notifications and live feed you have to pay for their service, $30 a year, not terrible. All in all, easy install and a great camera.

The camera itself is heavy duty and really good for the price
Giving this for stars because it took me over an hour to get this camera going, part of it was cuz of my Wi-Fi, but it’s not easy instructions and for somebody who has bad eyes I couldn’t see the tiny print. The instructions were not clear It was kind of a pain in the butt to get going, But the camera is clear I give it that, and for the price it’s not bad at all. It took longer than what it should have to set it up.

Nice clear doorbell just have to have a subscription to record
This was to go on the front door. When I opened it, the doorbell was the with charging cord but no ringer to plug in, the purpose of having 2 is so I know which door they are at. May return both as they have to have a cloud subscription to work properly. These guys are great. Communication was fantastic. They replaced what was missing with a new set and returned the one missing the receiver. Going to do 1 year on the front door. It’s the only place that has a blind spot.

SearByte 1K door bell functions but sensor detects motion for not more then 5-6ft from.The view is clear in low lite from the same distanceSubscription costs $30 per year not required but helpful.Got for price of $16.99 with chime.You need to make up mount or mount with angle for aparment door.Device need to be charged at least every two weeks. However Doorbell’s back can be connected to portable charger hooked on inner side of the door using supplied charging cable without removing device from mount!If wifi goes off, pushing botton inside doorbell instantly reconnect it. Back cover of doorbell is taking out before mounting device for apartment door.So far looking good and not expensive but going forward will get more expensive with more and better functionalities.Needed to mention that WiFi is stable only within 33ft from router.Technical support is good but responding after a while.

Awesome device works well connection was extremely easy.Set up was stress-free and since I received the device.I have enjoyed knowing what’s happening around my house.Especially when I work
