Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this camera, and I use it at the entrance of my party supply store. It makes it very easy to see who is at the door, and it records everyone who comes in. The video quality is clear, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can check the footage whenever needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this camera and would definitely purchase it again.

Ok I didn’t even mean to set this up at the time. I really really had to pee and didn’t want to get all involved trying to figure this thing out.I had hit a couple of buttons and pulled the battery tab. And the next thing I knew, I was up and running! Other than putting in my WiFi password I really don’t even know what I did. I was just pushing buttons. So pretty easy to set up.It has a pretty clear display. So nice that these things are affordable for a little protection luxury around your place. I’m not using mine as a doorbell but more so as an eye for the front of my home.Only issue is I get a glare at night because the ring cam is behind my glass screen door. I researched if you can turn off… oh my gosh I just forgot. But if you can turn something off that, that could remedy the issue. I’ll keep researching on that or maybe just have it outside the door more so as it was intended. Oh and I wish it had a few more picture options, a way to kinda tilt the camera up, down, left or right. More settings, etc. Just a few more bells and whistles to modify things the way you’d like it but maybe that’s too much to ask for at this price point.Nice item nonetheless.

I just started using it but the picture quality at night time is amazing! I don’t mind charging it since it does hold an okay battery. But for the price I can’t be mad at the quality! I’d buy it again

Went out after 3 weeks
The picture is amazing on this camera. So clear and crisp. Alerts you on every one that is walking pass your door or at your door. The chime is loud and living this. The quality of this device for the price is amazing. Surprised it’s not higher

No motion detection for me
This camera does not detect motion for me… I wave my hand if front of it and nothing.. when watching it live the sounds come in late so not sure how safe it is to trust this if it wont even catch the mailman passing in front or us leaving the house. But picture is good. The range of view is smaller than my other camera at least with that one I could see my next door neighbors house

Nice doorbell……But…..
The doorbell works great,and the pictures are decent. The only thing is there’s no way to save or watch pics and videos without buying a subscription. I would prefer not saving anything in a cloud service from another country.
