I bought this as a gift for my Mother-in-law. I thought it was a good fit for her and easy to install. We haven’t put it up yet, but it’s in works. It’s compatible with her WiFi and phone. I do hope 🙏🏽 the picture quality and battery🔋 life is good 👍🏽. We’ll see 😜. Also, the price was very good, too. If you’re looking for something inexpensive, this is it. Enjoy!

Bad Cameras
Firstly if you have two cameras for your back and front, the charge separately. Second it claimed they were motion detection, it is not. Third after paying the subscription twice the company is still trying to charge additional money for what I already paid. Packages were stolen from my porch the camera picked up nothing. My car was broken into the camera picked up nothing. With that, the battery does not last long. SMH don’t go through what I am going through you are better off getting a different camera. Don’t waste your time on this one. I have been reaching out to the company no response.

You will never.Get customer service ever. They will never fix their product. My have not worked properly since I’ve gotten it. I have a Cloud backup and I cannot see anything. That was previous on the camera. The quality sucks and at night, it’s just black.

This video doorbell is a great product comparing with other doorbells from the market.This it’s easy to install, within 5 minutes, with WiFi connection and rechargeable batteriesFor a reduced budget you could get this fancy gadget to see and communicate with anyone who will be in the front of your doorbell thru the 2 way talking system. Either if is dark outside, the night mode could provide great quality within 2 metres distance,and thanks to the free app you could install it and use it on Android or iOS, phone, laptop or tablet. Once installed you will get notification every single time someone will press the button on all the devices you’ve installed and paired the doorbell.Great product for decent budget.

Didnt work, went through every single step a million times, all the instructions, reset my wifi over 10x incase it was that but still would not connect to wifi.Used the online customer service agent and they only repeated what was already said on the instruction manual so a complete waste of time and money.I have super fast wifi it is not a problem with my wifi but a defective product.

Generally good and easy to use or install. Highly recommend for its price. However, if one things was to be changed this would have been the option for 2 users to be able to simultaneously be logged in in the app.

However, it should be noted that this device does not have motion detection.The video talk-back feature is a fantastic addition, allowing me to communicate with visitors on my mobile phone or tablet at any time, anywhere. The noise reduction and rate adaptive technology provide clear video and voice transmission. The free cloud storage for up to 3 months is also a huge bonus.Connecting the device to the app and my phone was straightforward, and it works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. It’s compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems, and the signal strength is reliable, even through walls.The installation process was simple, with the option of using double-sided tape or screws. The battery is also included, which is a significant advantage. The company offers a one-year warranty, ensuring long-term enjoyment of the product.

Good dorbell camera for the price.Relative to the prduct price:1. Set-up is easy2. Camera (medium to high light): good resolution. Frame rate seems fairly low.3. Camera (low light): Very poor performance in low light. Very low clarity, a lot of noise on the image, hard to distinguish objects. Poor frame rate.4. Communication: Voice clarity is good enough for a conversation.5. Mobile app: The app is simple and easy to use. It lacks features but has the basic functions; 2-way audio, video, screenshot, records when doorbell pushed (subscription required to view recordings). The app seems a bit unstable; the doorbell notification occasionally takes a few minutes to arrive. The battery charge meter does not always update. The app occassionally needs restarting to establish a connection with the doorbell. The batteries supplied with the doorbell do not last long and it appears that there I do not get any notification of low battery.Overall: the doorbell performs above expectations considering it is very cheap. The camera only really works if there is enough light; street lamps are insufficient lighting for use at night and suplemental lighting is required. App is not great but when it works you can can properly communicate through it.
