Nice unit, but not real accurate
There’s two major complaints from me on thisThe tank is way too small. And now that Winter is here and I have the furnace turned on. I have to fill this inside my little tiny greenhouse twice a day. It just doesn’t hold enough water.Secondly, I have the moisture probe from this. I have a moisture probe from another item and the two are never the same. I set this at 85% humidity for my greenhouse and it runs 24 seven often saying that it’s at 85% but the other probe from my other Vivian units Say the humidity is like 50% to 60% so it’s very frustrating not to have accuracy

I’ve been using this product for the past week and is really impressed! The large water tank means I don’t have to refill it constantly, and the remote aspect makes it really convenient to adjust settings. It’s been doing a pretty good job on dampness and the musty smells in my house and I love its 2-in-1 feature as a humidifier. It runs quietly so it isn’t disruptive during night hours, and the LED lighting it a nice touch too. Overall, I think the product itself feels sturdy and is easy to use.

This 2-in-1 humidifier/dehumidifier is nicely compact. I’ve been using it in my small apartment and honestly, it makes a difference in the summer months.When it was super humid a couple weeks ago, I turned on the dehumidifier and within like half an hour, the air felt way less heavy and sticky. It works well.Then when the weather’s flipped and it was dryer (my skin was not happy), so I switched it to humidify and surprisingly my dry skin felt better. The mist is super fine too, so it doesn’t leave anything wet.I really like that it just adjusts itself to keep the humidity in a good range. I don’t have to mess with settings or remember to switch modes. Just turn it on and forget it.It’s pretty quiet. I leave it running at night and it doesn’t bother me. It’s small enough to tuck in a corner, under the bed or in a small closet when not in use. I like that it is not too bulky.

It does humidity, and dehumidify. But it’s not accurate to its gauge at all. I have to have it set around 77% to achieve 64% humidity

** see update below original review**I honestly wanted to love this product. It didn’t work well at all. Maybe I received a defective one? It didn’t seem to dehumidify at all. High humidity in my house and there were only a few drops in the container after 24 hours of use? I had trouble with the container staying inside the unit as well. It would work it’s way out and give an E4 error quite often.It was super quiet and the design seemed good but didn’t meet any expectations other than that.Update………Received a replacement and this unit works as described. Their customer service is top notch! Received a replacement super quick as well. They strive for a great customer experience!
