Is there a monthly cloud service fee?
Hello, the cloud service is optional. If you subscripted the cloud, you can pay it for cloud storage. If not, you can install a 128G micro sd card for video recording.
Why i can’t connect the camera tp wifi.
1. Ensure Wi-Fi is available (both 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands are acceptable).
2. Long press the reset button for 8s to reset the camera and connect it again. (Like you connect it firstly)
Troubleshooting steps for WiFi connection issues?
1. Ensure your mobile device and camera are connected to the same WiFi band (5GHz or 2.4GHz)
2. Enter the correct WiFi password
3. Place camera next to the router for storanger signal.

Excellent Camera – Clear Picture and Easy Setup!
I’m really impressed with this security camera! The picture quality is crystal clear, both day and night, and the 5G connection makes the live video super smooth with no lag. It was very easy to set up, and the app works perfectly for checking footage and alerts from anywhere.The motion detection is accurate, and the night vision is surprisingly bright and detailed. I had looked at several security cameras before deciding on this one. I chose this security camera because it had several features that I was specifically looking for. It was easy to set up and works well with my home Wi-Fi signal. The picture quality is far superior to the last camera I was using. I love that it has night vision so I can clearly see what is going on both day and night. I also love that it is weatherproof so it can be used either indoors or outdoors without a problem. I used it for a short time in the house to monitor the pets while away, and then moved it outdoors after some tools came up missing in my yard. The intruder hasn’t come back yet, but I like that this has a built in siren that I can use to scare them off if they do come back. It is doing a great job of recording videos so I can see what has gone on while I was away from home. Whether you want to keep an eye on kids or pets, or protect your property this a good quality camera for a low price.

I’ve been using this camera for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much value it delivers. Awesome security camera
This is the best security camera I have ever had I love it and it was very easy to set up. The video resolution is very high quality and it gives you the option to have see color at night and the sound is nice and clear. The app is very easy to use. It also runs ok with 5gh so that is awesome. My only problem is as when you’re setting it up or even when it’s connecting the voice that it has is very loud. But besides that I give this camera a five stars.
