WiFi panorama Camera
I ordered this security outdoor camera August 25,2022 just had to purchase a Premium Cloud plan to continue for the camera to work but it won’t come on . The director says reset but there’s nothing in the hole on the camera to reset it. I’m not able to power it back on . I haven’t had it a year yet and it won’t power on

Not reliable security
I got these as an extra safety measure I addition to my RING cameras. I set them up and one kept fixed on the floor and didn’t follow movement from my cat who was standing right in its view. Also didn’t light up.The second camera was on my back patio. It connected and then when I went to test it out, walking around and waving my hand I front of it, there was no detection and then it disconnected. I reset the camera, power source and even my wifi router. Still no connection. Then I read that the signal needs to be no farther than 33 feet away from router. I even have a signal extender on my router that’s at the back of the house. 33 feet is not far enough to keep a signal.So they are going to be returned. The cameras don’t suit my needs and seem faulty. I had their same problem with another company and there’s said 20 feet, so still the same problem.I even paid the extra monitoring services and the storage thinking it’d work if I paid the subscription. So I need to be refunded on that too. A total waste of time, effort and money.

Quality and reliability exceed Price point. Perfect security light. No forgetting to turn on your lights, perfect when you’re traveling as they come on automatically and reliably. Last for years. My daughter’s family ordered and uses these as well. I ordered spares.. don’t want to be caught without this light. Recommend!

Edit: “After giving it more time I have to say I am disappointed in the cameras connectivity. I installed a memory card for the camera to store video and it does store the video but is very hit or Miss on rather you can view the entire clip. It’ll claim that it is unable to connect to camera most of the time despite the camera having strong signal. It doesn’t seem to have any trouble uploading to the shorter clips it alerts you with to the cloud though. It also has no problem live streaming. I suspect that this is an intentional flaw to encourage users to pay for the cloud service which basically means I wasted money buying the optional memory card” – end edit.I must say I have mostly been impressed with the functionality of this camera for the price. It works as advertised. The only two issues I have are with the motion tracking feature. #1. The camera is a little jerky when it tracks the target left and right BUT it does track the target. #2 Though you can manually tilt the camera (in app) left, right, up, and down when it comes to movement for the motion tracking it only tracks left and right. From what I e seen in my testing it will not move up and down to maintain the target lock. If you walk left or right it keeps track of you but if you walk toward it, it will not tilt down to keep you in its field of vision which is not good if your a burglar approaching the door it may be mounted next too. Over all, good for the money but tracking needs some improvement.

I was going to give a 2 star but decided to give one more star for good customer service.The camera last longer if the motion tracker is disabled. It seems to be some problem with the motor control mechanism. I turned it on for the first camera and after about a week, the camera died. The maker sent a replacement right a way, so that is great. After the replacement arrived, I disabled the motion tracker and the camera works perfectly. It survived 0 degree F so far.Once in a while the camera rotated itself to a different position. I am not sure if something caused it or not.Update Jan 5, 2024:Dropping to 1 star. The App starts to show advertisement blocking entire app with no x button to close. I have to exit the app and reopen it. Furthermore, it popups a window asking to sign up for cloud and it blocks the review video and prevents user from seeing or playing the video.Do not buy.

Haha Yeah NO! Now I’ll start by saying the video quality is excellent. You can definitely see very clear, it’s not blurry or anything like that. Now the nighttime vision is not good. In my opinion I did not think the quality of the nighttime vision was not like the daytime vision so that was something else I did not like. The set up was not hard, connecting it to the Wi-Fi was not hard picture quality was good in the daytime nighttime vision was not good. What made me get it was we saw that our neighbors had it and they sent it to us so we ordered it because cars have been getting broken into and I noticed that it’s a lot of things you cannot use without buying the subscription. So I’m guessing my Neighbor must’ve got a subscription because our camera don’t move or anything like that. Also, I get alerts every second saying that it detected motion by the camera and of course it will not let me view the live video feed because I did not get a subscription, but when I open it up to the live feed, there’s nobody out there. I can see out my front window And it’ll just keep going off saying that someone’s on my front porch its detecting motion, but there’s nobody outside on my front porch, so I’m getting constant alert all day. I’m guessing like maybe bugs or something is flying by the camera and it’s detecting the motion of the bug. I saw that it allows you to set the sensitivity, but you have to buy the subscription to be able to do that. Also, I don’t know if I was reading it right but it was per camera for the subscriptions and I have two of the cameras and I thought that was crazy, if I’m using both the cameras in one app, why do I have to buy two subscriptions to work both of the cameras so to me this was absolutely not worth it.
