Nice dehumidifier
This dehumidifier works really well. It has different levels of setting that meet various needs – you can even set timer for the process to kick off/end. It collects water efficiently and brings the humidity down quickly. Our basement has 5 sections, and the dehumidifier manages to dehumidify evenly. I especially like the dual design – either collect water via the water tank or the water can go to the drainage directly. The design is very sleek and it also runs quietly. What is the bonus part is the convenience to set up the warranty – they have a QR code on a card and once you scan, it populates a preset email to the Support department. Once you enter your name, contact and order number, the Customer support relied within 24 hours to confirm the product is registered! I am very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve been using this 2000 sq. ft. dehumidifier for a few weeks, mainly in my basement, and so far it’s performed reliably. It’s rated at 30 pints per day, which has been sufficient for keeping moisture levels under control in a medium-sized space.Setup was straightforward: just plug it in, choose a mode, and set the target humidity. The controls are clear, and the digital display makes it easy to check the current humidity level. I appreciate the different modes, especially the “continuous” option for damper days, and the smart humidity control works as expected—turning the unit on and off automatically to maintain the chosen level.The included drain hose is a nice feature if you don’t want to empty the tank manually, though you’ll need to make sure the hose has a proper downward path for continuous drainage. Otherwise, the water tank is easy to remove and empty, but it does need to be checked regularly if you’re running it for long hours.Noise is moderate—it’s not silent, but it’s no louder than a fan on a low to medium setting. My husband‘s tools in the garage were getting ruined because of the humidity in our garage. It has been an exceptionally hot and humid summer. In addition, some of the fabric items that we were storing were getting mold on them. It was very frustrating. We looked into getting some insulation for the garage door but decided to go ahead and try a dehumidifier to try to reduce the humidity. After a lot of research, I decided to try this dehumidifier.Before you use it, you have to leave it upright for 24 hours. I plugged it in this morning at 8:00 AM and cannot believe how much water I’ve pulled from the air today. It is actually unbelievable. The humidity has dropped from 69 to 60 and you can tell the difference in the garage. It feels cooler and definitely dryer. This was well worth the money. I wish I had bought this along time ago.Last summer, we had to clean and paint some shelves that had gotten mold from the humidity. This dehumidifier would’ve saved us a lot of time and energy over the last two years.Also, in the past, dehumidifiers put off a lot of heat. This one is quiet and only puts out a little bit of warm air. It is definitely not like the ones from 20 or 30 years ago. It comes with a tube so that you can drain it, and we may have to figure out a way to do that since it’s pulling so much from the air (we do not have a drain in the garage). I would probably have to empty it twice a day right now.Great purchase! Great value!

Effective but small tank
Pulls a lot of water! It’s relatively quiet, looks nice and is good quality. The tank is so small. I don’t think that this is meant for a basement, I think this would be better in a small space or less damp area. I’m most likely going to sell it so I can get a better one. It fills so quickly that I can’t keep running down there to empty it so it’s ineffective because, obviously, if it’s sitting full all night, it’s not doing its job.

Good quality excellent working
I have been using the dehumidifier for few days, but so far, I’m impressed. It’s quiet , compact, and already making a difference in the humidity levels in my bedroom. The air feels fresher, and it’s make feel cooler when the AC is struggling in this hot wet weather. I like it turns off automatically when the tank is full . The controls were very intuitive and easy to figure out even without reading the instructions, really good quality and excellent working!!!

Works good, however I gave it 3 star because the tank fills quickly and getting it back in after emptying is tricky so that the machine turns back on!

air feels much fresher
My basement always feels damp and smells. I got this dehumidifier to help with the smell and it’s working great now. I don’t feel the damp and the air doesn’t smell moldy anymore. It comes with the hose so I let it run all day long. I didn’t know it is so damp in the basement. The water drains to the hose and I connect to the side window. There is a water bucket too if I don’t want to use the hose. The 3 modes and smart humidity control are easy to set. It is super quiet and efficient.
