Reliable customer service and product.
Please note that my feedback is based on my experience; meaning, I’ve not seen any of the other reviews you may see on this product. Simply put, extremely pleased with the product and the customer service. I experienced a problem with one of my camera about a month after installation. I contacted customer service and they asked that I try a few things. After applying their suggestions, it was deemed that the camera was not functioning per their specifications. They quickly sent me a new one and I returned the flawed camera so they could run tests on what happen. Below I’ve commented on several subjects regarding this product.Installation & setup: Really an easy and smooth process; simply follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.Live stream reliability: I’ve not had a problem with this reliability. Now days, the live stream is dependent on usage of the networks we are bound to…meaning, if there’s a lot of activity, slower response times are expected. But all in all, I’m pleased.Day/night video quality: The set up I have is far better than the quality that we have at our church…which was a very expensive system. Suspect the cost was more related to installation labor, but none the less, Safemo has a great product when it comes to this subject.Motion detection & alert timing: Both are fast. Motions are detected quickly and it’s a matter of a second or two when the alerts sound.Battery life / solar charging: We are fortunate that sunlit days are common here in Texas. However, for those days where we’ve had heavy overcast, I’ve found that the battery life is stable throughout the night and far into the next day. For charging, seems like it takes no time to recharge the batteries.App stability and ease of use: Found no measurable issues that I could elaborate on. Seems to be an easy app once you learn it.

I purchased the two cameras with solar panels and the hub. The video quality is good. I was expecting maybe a little more sharpness, though I haven’t downloaded the video yet and played it back on a bigger screen. Sometimes the download clips are much better than viewing live and or playing video clips within the app for other cameras I have used in the past.Features:- Overall, you can zoom in and get pretty good detail.- The field of view covers a large area.- Person and Vehicle detection is good, not perfect.- Pet detection is not consistent. I have one camera mounted about 9 – 10ft above my deck and the system has mistakenly identified my black pointer hound mix as a person and as a vehicle.- The solar panels work very well at keeping the system charged. We have had temperatures in the teens and 20’s Fahrenheit. The camera stays between 96%-100% charged. I also have the panels sort of hidden a bit so they don’t get full sun for more than 2-3 hours per day.- Alerts seem to be pretty quick and reliable.- Motion zones work well too.- Color night vision is not quite what I was hoping for. It does work, but with some caveats. When turned on the camera turns on the LED spot light when motion is detected. Maybe for some this is good, but it does draw more attention to the camera. That is a plus and a negative. Good to scare away people but also allows people to spot and possibly damage the camera.- If using IR or the LED, you need to be careful of the near surroundings. I have one camera mounted looking at my driveway and the edge of my house was slightly in the frame. The IR and LED reflected off of my siding and would cause the camera to get washed out. When turning on and off the LED light the camera would then display the driveway perfectly with the color night vision. The system really doesn’t need the light to turn on.The app seems a little laggy when first loading but overall pretty good. I would buy again. Good quality, nice features, reasonably priced.

These 4K cameras are amazing! The picture is super clear, even at night with color night vision. Setup was quick, and the solar panels keep them charged with no need to change batteries. I love that there are no monthly fees and the motion alerts are accurate. The two-way audio works great too.Overall, this system gives me peace of mind knowing my home is always being monitored. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, easy-to-use, and cost-effective home security!

This security camera system is amazing. I like the sleek looking and modern design. It is water proof and I can choose the solar panels charging option. The solar panels are so convenient for charging the cameras because I don’t need to take them off anymore. The resolution for the picture is really high and the angel is very wide. I really think I made a great purchase decision for this one.
