A very good dehumidifier
It’s a good dehumidifier. We have a sizeable basement, and it has kept the entire area nice and dry. It was very effective during the humid summer. Noise wise, it isn’t bad. You don’t really notice it. It will kick into a higher fan speed when needed, when the humidity goes up. Overall happy with the purchase.

I purchased this dehumidifier last year. Works really well especially during damp, humid days. The unit is powerful enough for large spaces, yet surprisingly quiet and energy-efficient. The automatic humidity control, full-bucket alert, auto shut-off, and auto-restart make it effortless to use.Overall, highly recommend for anyone dealing with basement dampness, humid weather, or wanting to keep indoor air dry and comfortable.

Great Unit so far!
I’m giving this product five stars as everything it was advertised to do, is working well. It quickly brought down the humidity in the rooms from near 75% to 45% on the auto comfort setting. Leaving the door to the upper level open, and we can feel the difference there as well. The garden hose attached easily to the pump, and within 15 minutes you could see water flowing out. Perfect size, and very nice features. Also extremely quiet, even on high fan mode. The automatic comfort mode level keeps the house between 45-50% which is a very healthy level, especially if you have allergies to mold.I’ll rate it again in a few months. Hopefully the pump holds up it will be running continuously given it’s in our lower level.

Great Dehumidifier & Great Customer Service!
This dehumidifier works super well! I have a pretty humid basement and this dehumidifier decreases the humidity by about 30% very quickly when it’s turned on. Not very loud given its size and very easy to empty the water tank. It also comes with a 2 year warranty that takes 5 seconds to register for. Vellgoo customer service is also great. I was having an issue with the dehumidifier entering “defrost mode” frequently and communicating the corresponding error code. I emailed their support team and received an email back the next day from a team member who was able to quickly help me troubleshoot. After following one of her recommendations, the dehumidifier has been working great without anymore issues ever since. Would definitely recommend!

Works great, good value for money and comfort
This dehumidifier works really well for its price and makes a big difference in comfort at home. I use it in a large basement, and it quickly removes extra moisture, keeping the air fresh and dry. The humidity control is smart and accurate, and the drain hose option makes it very convenient to use for long periods. It also helps the room feel warmer and more comfortable overall.The only small issue is that it’s a bit noisy on high speed, especially at night. Still, it’s energy-efficient, easy to move, and great value for money.

Running great for five months so far
I’ve had four other dehumidifiers over the past 30 years by different manufacturers. None of them have lasted more than eight years. This one is quieter than the other ones. It pulls out more moisture in a shorter period of time. The fan turns on it gets the job done and then it turns off as opposed to the other ones in the fan ran all the time. I’ll run it on the drain hose when I’m going on vacation and I’ll run it into the bucket when I’m at home both ways that work great. It’s also smaller and size and lighter than the previous models. I hod. I hope it serves me this well for sometime to come if it does, I’ll be pleased.

Great dehumidifier!
This is such a great dehumidifier! I like how compact it is but still holds a lot of moisture out of the air. We turned our basement into a game room and this dehumidifier works great for our space! I also love how it has an automatic shutoff when it gets full and tells you the humidity level on the digital readout. The bucket is easy to dump also.

Works Better Than Advertised, and Very Quiet
It has been running nonstop for nearly 3 months and it is still extremely effective and very quiet. In fact it’s gotten the humidity in our finished basement below where it needs to be despite being in a small side room with only a fan to help it move air in and out. Much quieter than past units I’ve had that were less effective. There are a lot of different functions but it’s easy to figure out how to use it. And I use the included garden hose adapter to run it straight to a floor drain, so I never have to worry about dumping the tank myself. No problems with the hose connection leaking either. This baby runs like a boss and I don’t even need to use the highest fan setting to get very good results. Beware of other units that advertise very high amount of water removed per 24 hours. Some of them are assuming that the room is at max humidity and only within a very tight temperature range and so on. You have to read the fine print on those claims. This one will actually do a good job in the real world, and not break a sweat.
