Inexpensive Motor Mount Kit Brought back to Life my Old Impala
A-Premium brand is new to me. I’ve been buying auto parts off of Amazon for about five years now, and although it’s been a few months since I have purchased any auto parts, I have never come across this brand until now.I own a 2010 Chevy Impala LT with the 3500 V6 that needed a ton of work done to it. I bought this A-Premium motor mount kit along with a whole slew of other things from A-Premium: a TP Sensor, a set of air and cabin filters, a spark plug/coil/wire kit, and a power steering pump. This kit, the motor mount kit, worked great. The only drawback was that the engine mount on the passenger’s side had a pair of threaded studs that had fine threads, instead of coarse threads. The original factory nuts did not fit! I had to get a pair of different nuts that fit correctly. Luckily I had a pair of automotive grade nuts that fit that I had left over from some other auto repair I did a few years back. So it wasn’t that big of a deal for me.If you can overlook the fact that these inexpensive auto parts kits like A-Premium from Amazon may not be perfect in every way, that the fitment may be just a tad bit wonky, then they seem to be a great deal for the price. If I can bring back to life an old junky car with a ton of miles for less than a thousand bucks in new cheap car parts, then I would call that a win in my book.

Nice set of mounts!
They were very easy to install. The bottom mount did give a little challenge to get installed, but otherwise no more rocking. If I had to judge, I could see these lasting a couple years before needing replacement again. Good value for the dollar if your on a budget!

Mounting bolts incorrect from factory
Good set except the mounting bolts on the new mount are 10mm x 1.25 and the factory bolts are 10mm x 1.5. They don’t send new nuts so it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Broke during assembly JUNK
DONT BUY !!!! These mounts are not the quality that is specified. One mount the stud snapped off during assembly (Tightened by hand with small 3/8 drive rachet). Other mount the holes didn’t line up exactly and the bottom studs were made at the wrong thread size. Didn’t even bother to put other 4 mounts on after this. Spend a couple bucks and get american made.

Me sorprendieron, hasta el momento funcionando al 100, creí que eran mas sencillas por el precio pero no, resultaron mejor de lo que esperaba.

Ordered this engine mount kit for Chevrolet impala and studs were coarse thread on the top and fine tread on the bottom. original were all coarse threads. Also the studs were 1/4 ” further apart. Would have been helpful if fine thread nuts were supplied. Also the transmission mount stud started turning in the mount when tightened.
