Perfect little steamer, works great!
My daughter recommended this steamer and I have to say, this little guy is a workhorse! I followed the advice and purchased a gallon of distilled water to use with the steamer so as to eliminate any possibility of mineral buildup within the steamer (also for my iron) which will prolong its life.If you’re still living your life in crumpled clothes, buy this steamer and revel in the feels of fresh pressed clothing. No need to break out your ironing board with this Bear Steamer. Just let it heat up, takes about a minute or two and then use it while your clothes are still on the hanger and VOILA! No Wrinkles!It doesn’t take long to steam out the wrinkles, maybe another minute or two. With some of my thicker fabrics like flannels etc, I will pull slightly on the fabric to firm and make the garment taught without stretching, which helps the steamer work more efficiently.This is a fantastic investment in yourself and your clothing. Super Convenient! I Love it!

Affordable high quality steamer!
Now this is a terrific product. The design is different and better than the one I just returned which also happened to be highly rated. But it sounded like a percolator and seemed defective, so I returned it and read online reviews about the Bear model and ordered it. It arrived the following day with a brush attachment and simple instructions. It’s a bit weighty making it mildly uncomfortable to use with a bum shoulder, but it’s a small price to pay in exchange for great performance. Yet it’s compact enough to pack for a trip. Our nylon sheer curtains were very creased and wrinkled and I couldn’t figure out why they were so hard to steam. I realized there was a stainless plate around the steam holes and by folding the sheers, it did the trick. They were just too thin and the brush attachment wasn’t necessary because it didn’t get too hot. The water capacity was just right and within 10 minutes, all 12 panels looked professionally processed! What a quality item. Don’t throw your money away on the cheap models out there. Spend another ten bucks and be amazed. We shall see if it stands the longevity test. For now, I’m beyond impressed. Most definitely recommend!

Loved for a moment
Was so excited to receive it. I used it tge day I got it on my linen sheets. Worked really well. After about 45 min the tube inside the water area disconnected from the hole that disbursed water into the machine. There’s no way to open that area or would have been a quick fix. Im sure Im not the only person this happened. Definitely an engineering error. If I could get just a new water tank for it, it would work perfectly. Also aromatherapy hole didnt really do much.

Tank is large enough to steam several garments in one go. It heats up in about thirty seconds – truly hot enough to use, not just gagging like my old (big brand) steamer. Steam production is strong and steady while holding trigger. Trigger is in a natural place and not hard to hold during the process. No leaks or water bullets while using it in normal movements, including side to side.Cord is long enough most of the time, but an extra foot would be better. Not really suitable for travel IMO, as it’s a bit bigger. Side by side, it’s about the same overall footprint of a normal iron. However, it’s fabulous for everything I’ve done (shirts, pants and curtains). Highly recommended.

Ich wollte mal schauen, was das Gerät so leistet, da ich so etwas schon öfter in Beiträgen gesehen habe. Mal schnell ein Kleidungsstück “aufbügeln”, wenn es länger im Schrank gehangen hat, ohne gleich das Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen hervorholen zu müssen. Und ich muss sagen, ich bin überrascht, wie gut der Dampfbügler funktioniert. Ich habe ein paar Teile, die zwar gebügelt waren, jedoch nach längerer Zeit im Schrank unschöne Hängefalten bekommen haben, mit dem Dämpfer bearbeitet und war baff, wie schnell die Falten rausgegangen waren. Als hätte ich die Teile frisch gebügelt. Sowohl der Feinstrickpulli als auch die glatte Bluse sahen aus wie geleckt. Ich bin begeistert. Demnächst probiere ich das Teil mal an den Gardinen aus. Einzig das Kabel könnte länger sein, aber es gibt ja Verlängerungskabel. Die Handhabung wiederum ist pippieinfach. Man füllt Wasser ein, drückt auf den Knopf und wartet ca. 20 Sekunden, dann kann man loslegen. Diese Anschaffung hat sich definitiv gelohnt.
