Great buy, I have 1 on the front and back door.
This doorbell is amazing. The features work great and im able to connect it to my google nest home app to have it all in one app. I love being able to talk thru the speaker instead of having to get up to answer the door for a sales person to just immediately send them on their way! The camera is great quality. Now that I have this I feel safer at home and when Im out.

Nice camera
Had this item sense September 14th and have had nothing but issues after issue. Saying low battery when it’s completely full. Camera not picking up everything. Battery has to be charged every 2 weeks! Delay recording when it does record. Honestly I try everything currently talking to companie to try and resolve barley had for 2 months. Just don’t buy! Not worth $100. Praying they send another or I’m out of $100. DONT BUY!!!!!!!!

It gives clear videos
I liked it when I first received it I’ve had some issues with the product I kept getting alerts that my %was low after I fully charged it now the video is not functioning properly I chatted with support team I’m waiting for response from them if I get a reply from them and they can advise on the issue and what they can do I will change my response it also doesn’t always work

Von der Installation bis zu den Funktionen wurde ich positiv überrascht – alles funktioniert wie versprochen.Einfache Montage:Innerhalb von kürzester Zeit war die Türklingel angebracht und startklar. Die Einrichtung ein Kinderspiel. Die Anleitung war sehr übersichtlich, und es wurde an alles gedacht, was man dafür braucht.Herausragende Bild- und Tonqualität:Mit der 5MP HD-Auflösung liefert die Kamera gestochen scharfe Aufnahmen, und der 180°-Weitwinkel deckt wirklich alles ab – von oben bis unten und seitlich. Tagsüber sind die Aufnahmen sehr detailreich, und nachts sorgt die ausgezeichnete Nachtsicht dafür, dass ich selbst in völliger Dunkelheit alles klar erkennen kann. Der Ton funktioniert ebenfalls tadellos, sowohl beim Sprechen als auch beim Zuhören.Intelligente Features:Die Bewegungserkennung ist ein großes Plus – sie lässt sich so anpassen, dass nur relevante Bewegungen Benachrichtigungen auslösen. I’ve only had this 3 days so my review is based on a very short time span but so far I’m pleased with the product and can say that the reviews I read were true. The picture quality is excellent and I’ve had to place my camera near the door on the door frame which is a little recessed from the front wall of the house so the vision to one side is quite limited but due to the two camera’s I can rotate the view through the app on my phone to see the whole of the front door and its gives a great view despite the limitation of where it is placed so that 360 degrees claims are true too. I live in a first floor maisonette and was concerned that it may be too far from my wifi router and I also wondered if the chime was too far away from the actual device too but so far its been fine. I did put it on night-mode but when it was dark I couldn’t see anything and I noticed it still recorded in colour with decent lighting but the live feed was basically black. I contacted the online 24/7 chat for help which was a bit slow but quite useful and with a real person, not a bot, and was told to take it off night mode, which I did and then got great night picture quality too. Its very easy to install too. The package contains a template that you stick to the location and it shows where the screws need to be placed. It comes with 4 screws and 4 wall plugs but because I was erecting it on wood, I only needed to screw it in. The template has a sticky back which is very helpful. It did not take long to screw the base of the device holder in place using the template. The device did need to be charged before use and once I used the QR code on the back of the device it took me to a set up page which prompted me to download the app and also to some videos to help with the installation and set up process which were very helpful. The hardest and tricky part for me was that I had to split my wifi as the device does not connect to a 5Ghz to band width only to a 2.4Ghz. I called my broadband provider and explained what I needed, which took a while for them to understand, then they sent an email explaining how to do it, which was pretty simple. I add this to my review as I had not read any reviews that mentioned they needed to do this so it may apply to someone who may think their bandwidth may be an issue. The device was easy to pair to the chime and then connect to my WIFI. There are around 5 different options for the doorbell chime but I have not yet tested them to see which I prefer (its been a busy week!). The instruction booklet sent with the package was pretty useless with just pictures and no real explanations on what to do but the set up link through the QR code have videos showing how to connect the device and how to install the device which were very helpful. Its easy. I’m still getting used to it but I’m happy with my purchase as its really good and I have a good catch up watching the antics of the day on it in regards to what is going on outside the property. I’m yet to test the two way audio but I’m sure it will be fine. The app is pretty easy to use and has some simple settings too. Its not overly complicated to use from what I have seen so far. There is some cloud storage as well as local storage too and its all set up on the device. There’s nothing extra that needs to be done. My camera was up and running before I even recognised it and it was recording me attaching it to its base lol. I had a good laugh when I was reviewing the first recordings. You’ll not regret getting this.
