Great little replacement wifi thermostat
Easy to install & use. Make sure you turn off breaker to HVAC either at the panel or disconnect box near the unit because if you touch the wrong wires, you can blow a fuse easily. Wifi access works for remote monitoring and control, but programming is limited. Very small with nice, simple display. Wall plate worked well to cover old marks from larger previous thermostat. Shape complemenrs shape of thermostat.

We absolutely love our new thermostat, when we bought our house it was outdated and not a smart home. One of the things I wanted to upgrade was the thermostat so I was between this one and the google nest. works well. I thought I’d be able to install my self (I’m semi techy) but the wiring behind the wall to my air handler (AC unit) was a mess, so I called my AC folks and they figured it out. Nice app control with the iPhone.
