Good product for the price
The product is convenient to use, lightweight and easy to setup. Coffee bean container is large enough to hold beans for up to a week of use and the filter is not too difficult to remove and clean. There are a couple settings for coffee strength and multiple options for the type of beverage you wish to output. Quality is solid for the functionality and overall it is well worth the cost. Quite satisfied with our purchase.

Do….Not…Buy…This…Crap
Can I give a zero? If I could I would. The first thing you realize is someone APPROXIMATED English in the manual and on the machine. We’re they trying to clone a major brand? Not sure. Here is a sample “Clock set button -use to set clock”. I tried for 15 min to try to set the dang clock. Another:. In the cautions section it says “It is forbidden to put the plug on the hot surface”As for the coffee, well it has 3 settings for temperature – cold normal and hot. I set to hot and the coffee was barely tepid and tasted like crap. Also the water reservoir hold enough for 2 cups at best. Any more and you get an error. It says it can brew up to 5 cups. Besides this, their idea of a cup is much smaller than mine. I selected M1 which had a picture of a large mug on it. It made enough to fill half of a typical mug and said (according to the pot) this was 2.5 cups.I had this unpacked 30 min before getting fed up and packing it back to Amazon. I would have thought it funny if it hadn’t cost 200 bucks and that was 27% off according to Amazom! Maybe the tarrifs will keep you from wasting your time with this garbage.

The main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water receptacle is behind the unit and one cannot see how much water is in there. Excellent coffee maker for a small office. So far coffee grinder is working well.
