Is Delux GM909 ergonomic keyboard fully compatible with Windows and macOS?
Yes. To provide the perfect typing experience on either platform, the key layout works with both MacOS and Windows.
Is the palm rest stain-resistant and easy to clean?
Yes, the palm rest is coated so it is stain-resistant and easy to clean. It also skin-liked and comfortable. General stains can be removed with soap and detergents. Avoid marker and permanent inks.
Why are the keys sometimes unresponsive?
Keyboard is scissor switches structure, and ergonomic layout, the keys have a certain tilt angle, this structure of the keys are easy to get stuck in the dirt, resulting in temporary malfunction of the keys. But after cleaning it will work fine.
Kind tips
The key operation force of this keyboard is 60 ± 15g. Due to the ergonomic layout, the key force points and the required key force at different angles will be different from a normal keyboard. Please use some force.

Still works well and holds a charge after regular use for almost two years. Compatible with my Mac. Love the back lighting and the action on the lower profile keys doesn’t wear out your hands. Ten key on the side comes in handy. Not overly ergonomic (curve not too steep). Could use a little more padding on the wrist rest for us power users.

Missing One Key
I have to admit, when my keyboard of 10 years decided to die, i thought OK, just get a new one…they don’t make it anymore! And the only stock left is being way over-sold in terms of price. Thought I would give this unit a try. To be honest, loving it!Going to get the one (1) negative out of the way, keeping it from a full 5-Star rating. It is missing the right CTRL key. I did see that in another review after ordering. Let’s just say I am adapting because of all the other positives for this keyboard, but I do miss it. Why? Why, oh why is it missing? You could have moved the backlit keyboard key to the functions like all other keyboards. Anyway…This is an awesome ergonomic keyboard. Comfort is as great as my previous Microsoft model and the keys are exceptionally responsive yet quiet. A great combination.As mentioned, the keyboard is backlit and that is a fantastic value-add, especially for a business unit. I do often used this computer after hours and this is a great bonus feature!The construction seems like it should wear well and so far, the battery/charge is holding very well even using the low light backlit during the evenings. I am used to using actual rechargeable batteries vs. USB-C charging. Definitely does not last as long per charge but getting close to 3 – 4 weeks per charge (note if you package the vertical mouse with it, that lasts half as long, but great mouse to boot).In terms of price, I packaged the vertical mouse along with this keyboard and that was a great price point! Much better than other “desk sets” are offered for. Excellent pair at an excellent price.The adjustable feet and comfort pad are very nice also. Plus having a full keypad is nice, although the arrow keys and other navigation keys, HOME, END, DEL, etc. are in odd places compared to other full-size keyboards. All well, as stated above, I am adapting. I do a lot of coding, so I type extremely well and fast. I have lost a little bit of “muscle memory” on keys and that did hit the productivity a bit, but I am remapping the fingers and learning to adapt.All in all, LOVE this keyboard and mouse as the package. has its downsides but doesn’t everything?! Highly recommended, give it a try!

Fails in the basics: be a good keyboard first.
The good: Comfortable. Quiet. Has all the basic keys of a full size keyboard, and enough connection modes to keep you connected.The bad: some keys have to be pressed hard to get a response. I’m used to a full size keyboard, so this doubling up on the F keys is really confusing.The awful: This goes to sleep very quickly. It wakes up pretty quickly, but if you’ve just been reading or thinking for 5s and start to type, it will miss the first 1 or 2 keystrokes while it wakes up and reconnects. There is no way to adjust this.@Developers! Ideas for improvement: Make a utility that let’s us adjust the sleep timeout, or better yet, buffer the keys that were pressed to wake the keyboard up, and send them as soon as the connection is re-established.I think I’ll be returning this keyboard.

Good Keyboard But No Volume Control Keys
I just received the keyboard and I like it so far. The style of the keyboard us nice with a good ergonomic feel and wrist support. Although it’s wider than other keyboards and will take getting use to. They keys are fairly quite on par with other keyboards. I like the backlit feature which will come in handy when working at night. The rechargeable feature is a most welcomed feature that avoids having to replace more batteries all the time. The setup was easy using the wireless options.The one major drawback with this keyboard is there is no volume control keys. This is the first I have seen that does not have them and I don’t understand why they were left off. It’s a major bummer when you reach to turn the volume down and reach for the key which is not on the keyboard. I may not have purchased it had I noticed there was no volume control keys.If you can live without the volume control keys, it’s not a bad keyboard to have.

Too many keyboard delays
Ive previously loved products from DeLux but this one did not meet my expectations. The delayed response in transcription of keyboard strokes to monitor was entirely too much. It caused continuous rework and wasted time to make corrections. DeLux advised it went to sleep after 10 minutes but I experienced more delays than that. I have since purchased a ProtoArc comparative keyboard and LOVE IT! No more rework or delays.

Amazing customer service.
I love this keyboard. Very easy to type as the keys are more like a laptop. One of the keys fell off. The supplier worked with me to re attach. However it would not attach. The supplier sent me a new one. I had it within 4 days. Absolutely excellent customer service!!

Excelente teclado, de muy buena calidad. Excelente conexión BT y WiFi. Sólo hay que tener presente que es un teclado QUERTY sin la ñ, por lo que no está configurado para hispanohablantes. Pero apelar de ese detalle, es totalmente funcional
