Works Way Better Than I Expected
Honestly, I wasn’t sure if this steamer was going to be good, but it surprised me. It heats up really fast and actually takes the wrinkles out without me having to go over the same spot a bunch of times. I’ve used it on T-shirts, jeans, and a dress, and it worked on all of them.It’s small and lightweight, so I can grab it quickly when I’m in a rush. It also didn’t leak water, which is something I was worried about. For the price, it’s definitely worth it and super convenient.

Makes Ironing So Much Easier
I’ve been using this handheld garment steamer for a few weeks, and it has completely changed the way I take care of my clothes. It heats up in seconds and delivers a steady stream of steam that easily removes wrinkles from shirts, dresses, and even thicker fabrics. I love how lightweight and compact it is — perfect for quick touch-ups or for packing in a suitcase when traveling. The water tank is simple to refill and lasts long enough for several garments at a time. Unlike traditional irons, this one doesn’t require an ironing board, which saves me so much time. It’s modern, efficient, and truly makes my clothes look freshly pressed with minimal effort.

Fire hazard! Not safe for household use.
This thing is dangerous… I’m also not sure I got an actually new and not a customer returned unit.It comes in a decent box, and the weight of the unit overall isn’t too bad, but that’s about where the nice ends, unfortunately. I wanted to like this, but there are some serious red flags on this product that make it so I just cannot.First off, while the weight is overall not too bad, almost all of the weight is the ironing plate. The rest of the unit is incredibly cheap and hollow feeling plastic. Not the worst plastic I’ve ever dealt with on a product, but it’s pretty bad.Next, there are hard water drops in the little water tank when I unboxed it. I’m unsure if these are tested in the factory before shipping or if this unit was a previous customer return, but it’s not really a “feel good” kind of deal when it looks used on arrival.Then, you plug it in. Instantly the iron plate starts heating, and it gets to full temperature in <30 seconds. They call this a feature, and it would be, except that there is literally no power switch on this thing, and no option to not have it heat the plate. You can't even switch to any other mode until the plate finishes pre-heating. Once it does heat up and the unit lets you swap to other modes, the pump kicks in for the steam, and it's pretty loud and doesn't seem to pump much water, even on the high steam setting. Plus, if you were just wanting to steam an item without ironing it, that's not possible with this unit. The steam doesn't go out far enough to not have to hold the ironing plate too close to the garment you're steaming, and the heated ironing plate is what seems to turn the water to steam, so there is no option to steam without the heat.I decided to switch from vertical to horizontal mode with the steamer mid-use, and the casing for the entire head, not just the ironing plate, get extremely hot, so twisting it can be a hazard in itself. The manual doesn't say anything about avoiding twisting while on. Just "you can proceed to rotate the panel only when the display shows status ." - No, I don't know what that means because it never says what status is acceptable. I'm guessing they meant to paste an image of the icon that should be on the screen before the period, but they did not. (see image)When you're done using the iron/steamer, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. But there is zero indication as to when it's done cooling because of this, and there's no fan or anything to aid in cooling. It takes well over half an hour to cool down. <30 seconds to heat, over half an hour to cool. They do include what they call a "silica gel pedestal" - Which is a plastic stand with 4 little silicone nubs for the iron plate to rest on to cool, in theory. The problem is, since you can't cool it with the cord plugged in at all, the cord itself is heavy enough to tip the iron off the silicone nubs and the iron doesn't sit flat on the cooling stand because of it. Though that may be for the best since if it did sit fully on the stand, there would be no airflow to allow the iron plate to cool.Honestly, I don't feel safe having something like this around. There are other options that don't have the massive fire and burn risks that this unit does that also won't mess up clothes that cannot be ironed but can take a light steaming.

Works well but heavier than anticipated
Well, this is portable and works fairly well. I have had other travel steamers that I feel like it got hotter and worked a bit better. I do not think that the weight on this is necessarily appropriate for easy travel, but it is nice that it has a steamer and flat iron function.

To say I purchased this steamer with a large degree of skepticism as to how well it would work, is a huge understatement; however, I hate ironing and I’ve had several pieces of clothing sitting in my closet that I haven’t worn because of how wrinkled they are. I took a chance and am I glad I did. A whole new world of getting wrinkles out of my clothes has opened up to me. When I used it on a totally wrinkled blouse, I was stunned at how wonderful it looked 5 minutes later. I’ve now used the steamer on multiple items of clothing made of different fabrics but the result is always the same: excellent. I could kick myself for not buying this sooner.
