Love at first run!
UPDATE: My review below was after only one day of using the vacuum (I was that impressed!) and mentions some pet hair left behind on stubborn rugs. I can happily say that after almost a full week of using it, it does not leave any hair left behind on either of those rugs. If you also have dogs, it’s worth running it twice a day!I have multiple heavy shedding dogs, so my home gets completely covered in hair every day. I wish I took before pics because my home was truly disgusting before running this yesterday, but now it’s at least 95% better. With it’s 50% charge out of the box, it mapped my entire layout and completed its first deep clean of the house. Its powerful suction got almost every piece of fur off of my washable rug (no easy task, even for a manual vacuum) and left my hard floors sparkling clean. It honestly looks better than if I manually cleaned, and I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t witness it myself.It left my gross, matted hallway runner much cleaner than when it started, but didn’t quite get all of the hair out. I am still incredibly impressed that it got even half of the hair out of it since the only vacuum I’ve had that can truly handle cleaning this rug is a monster-sized Sebo that costs much more than this robot. I trust that if I deep-clean that rug manually, it will be able to handle maintenance cleans for a long time.Easy setup, no issues with connecting to my wifi, and surprisingly quiet. I didn’t have any issues with it running into things or getting stuck, and it ran into things much less often, and more gently, than my previous shark robot vacuum. It comes with a 5 year warranty, and as long as it continues to run as effectively as it did today, I think it’s an incredible value considering the time savings and its effectiveness. Trust that I’ll update if things go wrong, but otherwise, you can safely assume that I’m still living happily ever after with this robot.

Best Thanksgiving Gift Ever
My comment is : buy it too late. I was looking for many brands and models before selecting on the Dreame X50. Currently we have an old one in home was un functional and I have to charge it 2hours after. My mom hate it. So this time I brought this for her and the whole family are satisfied with this machine! It is easy to set up and connect with the phone. Also easy to use and track the route. I can select deep cleaning for specific area. The self cleaning mode is the best, it have different power so you can select power for different area. you can release your hand and get a clean house everyday. Overall, I am very pleased with Dreame and the quality is very good so far and I want recommend it to anyone who is looking for a floor robot! It definitely worth to buy it.

Disappointing Performance for the Price
l really wanted to love the Dreame X50 Ultra, but it’s been a letdown. For such a high-end model, it simply doesn’t pick up well. Even with the advertised 20,000Pa suction, it leaves behind visible dust and debris, especially along edges and carpets. The mop feature is also underwhelming — it barely removes light stains, and the self-cleaning function doesn’t seem to do much beyond rinsing.The navigation is decent, but obstacle avoidance can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes it bumps into furniture or gets confused in tight spaces. The “corner to edge” cleaning claim is far from accurate — corners often remain dusty.To make matters worse, I still have to use my traditional vacuum cleaner weekly because dust and debris accumulate over time. For a product in this price range, I expected much better consistency and suction performance.It looks sleek, but the Dreame X50 Ultra simply doesn’t live up to the hype.

The DREAME X50 Ultra combines vacuuming and mopping in one unit, with smart sensors to detect. It came with extra filters, pads, dust bags, and cleaning tools for easier maintenance.The suction power on this is fantastic. I have 2 small chihuahuas and their fur is fine and this has no issues sucking it up from the floor as well as it has the ability to suck up fine strands of 3D printer filament which is why I mostly use this in my printer room. The app is very easy to use and allows you to exclude areas and schedule cleanings etc . The lidar sensor also lowers itself into the body to get under lower objects. This is a high end model and does everything I need and more and even has the ability to lift itself over things such as door thresholds. So many nice features such as alerting if it gets stuck, climbing rugs but probably the best is after it does it thing, it auto returns to home and empties itself. I am loving this robot cleaner and is definately my favorite of the couple I own.

I’ve used a few robot vacuums over the years, and this one clearly sits at the top end for both features and price. The suction power is no joke 20,000Pa makes a noticeable difference on carpet compared to my last unit, and the mopping function is much more than an after thought. It actually scrubs with even pressure and leaves hard floors looking freshly cleaned rather than just “wiped.” The obstacle avoidance is great. it doesn’t slam into furniture, and it’s smart about avoiding cords and small items. The corner to edge cleaning also works better than I expected it actually gets along baseboards without leaving that annoying dust strip.The auto empty dock is one of the biggest conveniences here. It’s quick, quiet, and the dust bags seal well so you’re not breathing in whatever it picked up. The mop self cleaning feature is another win no more rinsing filthy pads in the sink. I can run a cycle every day without adding more chores for myself. The 360° navigation keeps the cleaning pattern efficient, and it hasn’t missed any obvious spots so far. The app setup is straightforward and the controls give you a lot of flexibility to schedule or target specific rooms.That said, it’s a serious investment. At this price, you expect premium performance and so far it delivers, but you’ll want to keep up with filter and brush maintenance to get the most out of it. It’s not the kind of gadget you forget about entirely it still needs occasional attention but for anyone wanting a true hands off clean most days, it’s hard to beat. If your budget allows, the combination of vacuuming and real mopping in one unit, plus the automated dock, makes this one of the most capable all in one floor cleaners out there.
