Great product, excellent support, buy it!
Excellent hitch. I have pulled a 2 ton trailer everyday for the passed 12 months with this hitch. I live in the salt belt and the lock on the adjustable part of the hitch froze up and I had to cut it off. I contacted the company to get a new lock and they hooked me up. Great company! They even took my advise and created a rubber cover to go over the key hole. Without a doubt I will buy from them again. Very nice looking hitch too. Way better than some harbor freight aluminum hitch.

Good looking well built hitch
Very nice product! Looks very strong built. Receiver tongue is nice and long. The pin locks that come with it are very nice. Just the right size don’t stick out too far come with rubber caps to protect the lock itself. And they give you six keys, which is really nice because they are a different kind of key.

Advertised towing capacity is wrong
**UPDATE**- THE SELLER PROMPTLY REACH OUT TO ME AND APOLOGIZED FOR ANY CONFUSION. HE SAID THEIR HITCH WITH THE 2” BALL IS INDEED CAPABLE OF TOWING UP TO 12,500 lbs. HE SAID THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A TYPE IN THE DOCUMENTS THAT HIS STAFF DIDN’T CATCH. HE IMMEDIATELY AUTHORIZED A REFUND. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.I just started a return on this hitch because its capacity was not what the amazon website advertised it as. The website lists the 2″ ball as having a 12,500 lbs towing capacity. When the hitch arrived the documentation provided in the box lists the 2″ ball as having an 8,000 lbs towing capacity; that’s a huge discrepenccy. I was optimistic about this hitch. Seemed like a decent hitch for the money. The design and versatility of the hitch was nice, a solid product. I could I can’t speak for the towing stability as I never got the opportunity to use it.

Lock jams easily & keys are cheaply made
Lock mechanism jams easily which makes rotating the ball and adjusting the height very difficult. After three months we were no longer able to use the hitch and we could no longer return it. Keys are cheaply made and break easily when you are trying to get the lock to turn.

It is solid aluminum with two pins to hold the balls up, it comes in at 18lbs according to the paperwork. It comes with 6 keys that are alike, so they fit the pin for the adjustment as well as the pin that holds the draw bar onto the hitch.

Works but has its issues
The hitch works for what I need. But when pulling trailer over steep or uneven terrain the hitch rubs of the trailer and makes the square plate. It’s like that square plate that the ball attached too needs to be a lot smaller.

Out of the box everything looks and feels good. Overall fit between the pieces is good with very little free play between themAfter almost a year with the hitch the only complaint I have is with the lock. It isn’t weather resistant and despite frequently lubricating it and only having the hitch on the truck when I’m using it the lock is seized preventing me from flipping the hitch over to change ball size or to adjust the height

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hitch and the fact that it comes with a lock for it. Shipping time was just a few days. It’s very pretty for my pretty truck. The only complaint that I have is that the lock for the hitch doesn’t fit my Super Duty. It was kind of a bonus anyway and obviously doesn’t effect anything. Over all I give this product a 9.5/10 Thank you.
