Perfection!
I have a HomePod on top of my fridge and it’s too high to reach the round pad on top without almost climbing the fridge. This little baby fixed that problem completely. I haven’t noticed any change in the quality of sound with the speaker being on its side and FINALLY I can reach the “buttons” without gymnastics being involved. The only caveat is the plus and minus “buttons” are on the opposite side because of how the speaker sits in the cradle. I would definitely purchase again and may buy more for my other HomePods. A+++

Sturdy and functional
It’s just a simple piece of sturdy silicone that makes the HomePod look cool, kind of like a torpedo hanging out on your desk. The audio sounds perfectly fine when the HomePod is laying on its side, and there are no functional issues. I recommend searching eBay for a dust cover for it because it’s easy to stain/damage the HomePod. With this, I think it makes the HomePod look great.

These are basic in design but their function is their biggest appeal. They allow your HomePods to sit at an angle but they also don’t minimize their soundstage. I love seeing them in action and having a new visual cue for my voice commands. These are great!

I’d buy it again
This looks great and cuts down on the bass of the HomePod shaking the table it is on. It doesn’t get rid of it completely. If you’re looking at this item, you probably have a HomePod and know that it’s super bassy.I also enjoy the look of the HomePod on its side. It looks somehow less conspicuous.

If you use as a speaker.
This stand is the worst stand you could get for the Apple Home Pod. I am an Apple care phone specialist and happen to know that this device is capable of adjusting the outputs of the speaker to better suit the environment it is in. With it being played on its side like pictured it would be unable to tune its self to the environment for the optimal sound quality that it is capable of.

Sturdy stand for our HomePod
Works exactly as advertised. I was afraid it would diminish the sound bit because a part of the speaker is blocked but I was unable to detect it blindfolded with the HomePod being placed vertically or horizontally. Good price also.

El sonido es básicamente igual que ponerlo vertical, lo compre solo porque me gusta más el HomePod de esta forma para ver la pantalla superior. Queda estable y seguro con la base, a pesar de no ser muy costoso se me hace caro para ser un aro de goma. No daña al equipo ya que la forma en la que construyen el HomePod es parecido a una cubeta sin rejillas ni estructura en todo alrededor que pueda afectarse por el soporte (arriba y abajo si tiene rejillas, lo demás es solido con una malla de tela).

El material y su construcción son de calidad, para quienes están preocupados por el cambio de sonido de la bocina, debo decir que sí cambia el sonido pero no para mal ni para bien, solo es un tipo de sonido distinto, depende del gusto de cada quién cuál prefiere qué tipo de sonido sale estando parada o acostada en esta base. Actualmente tengo un problema con ella, al parecer mi HomePod, al estar acostado sobre la base, no me permite activar Siri presionando el display de control, no es un gran problema pero siempre es bueno tener esa opción a la mano en caso de que estés frente a la bocina. No debería pasar eso (supongo) y quisiera saber si otras personas tienen ese pequeño problema también como yo. Fuera de eso, si funcionara al 100 como indica, tendría mis 5 estrellas, pero por ese detalle (que es algo molesto) le dejé en 4.
