Great product-highly recommended
I’ve been using the Enabot EBO Air 2 Plus FamilyBot 3K for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed with how much personality and functionality this little robot packs in. The 3K camera quality is outstanding — crystal clear video, smooth motion, and excellent night vision. It’s great for checking in on pets, kids, or even the house when I’m away. The app is easy to use, and the two-way audio makes it feel like I’m actually there. I love being able to control it remotely and have it patrol automatically. The AI tracking works surprisingly well — it follows movement smoothly without being jumpy.Battery life is solid, and the auto-return to charging dock feature is very convenient. The design is also sleek and modern — it looks great sitting on a shelf or table when not in use.Overall, this is much more than just a home security camera — it’s a fun, interactive companion that makes smart home monitoring more engaging. Highly recommended for families, pet owners, or anyone who loves innovative tech!

Our home security guard!
The Ebo Air 2+ has a large colorful LCD screen that displays animated eyes that previous models doesn’t. It also includes 2-way video calling, 3K display and video recording, any many more advanced features. It is expensive, but for a moving security/surveillance camera, voice/video calls, AI features, and something to play with not only with kids but pets, I find it worth the price. I love mine! I have it patrol every night on a “track” and when the battery gets too low, it automatically returns back on its charging dock. I got the white version which was perfect – it matches with any of the eye colors (or upload your own file) thats on the app!

Fun toy, but constant connection issues.
It’s a fun toy. My issue with it is that it constantly disconnects from the wifi until I rescan the QR code. Additionally, it struggles to move onto thick rugs or handle bumps or floor transitions.

Awesome mobile security robot
Love the Ebo2 Plus, it’s like a mobile home security camera. I check up on my dog when I’m at work. Also, having the ability to move around the house to check tell my wife I’ll be home soon is always fun! Found out about this from TikTok. Recommended! A+

Perfect for Dog Owners — Fun and Practical!
I got the Ebo Air 2 mainly to check in on my dog while I’m at work, and it’s honestly one of my favorite gadgets now. The camera is super clear, and I love being able to talk to my pup through the two-way audio. He was a little unsure at first, but now he follows it around like it’s his new buddy! The motion tracking works really well, and I’m impressed by how smoothly it moves around furniture. The app is simple to use, and it automatically returns to charge, which makes it low-maintenance.It’s fun, reliable, and gives me peace of mind knowing I can see and talk to my dog anytime. Highly recommend this to any pet parent who wants to stay connected to their furry friend!

Clever little robot!
I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! It’s the perfect mix of cute and clever. it moves around so smoothly, the remote control is responsive.it lets me check on things around the house when I’m away (or just spy on my cat to see what she’s up to). The battery lasts longer than I expected, and recharging is quick and easy.Highly recommend for gadget lovers, pet enthusiasts, or anyone who wants a fun little “watch cat” around the house!

Hard pass – Doesn’t work at all how you’d hope.
I’d highly recommend avoiding this product. It doesn’t do most of what it advertises, and the functionality is what I would have expected from the unit that was closer to $100, not $400. This is a very bad value and I can’t recommend anyone spend that kinda cash on it.The “AI tracking” hardly works at all and it couldn’t follow any person or animal for more than a couple seconds. It has no ability to follow or survive a corner turn at all. This isn’t great for security or keeping your home safe. I don’t see how it could help other than if you were manually driving it around trying to track an intruder. The advertising made me think that you could tell it to go to certain rooms, but that isn’t at all the case. You can allegedly set it to go on set paths through the home, but when I tried this it couldn’t follow any of the paths I set and got lost every time making this completly useless. I even set it on a super simple path that simply went straight away from the dock for 15-20ft, turned around, and came back. Even this was too complicated and the robot got lost every time.Automatic return to the charging dock? What a joke. It can only return to the charging dock if it’s directly in front of it. It will be unable to return to the dock from any other place in your home. You have to manually drive it back to the dock before trying to use this feature everytime.Let’s talk about driving shall we! Man this thing has a hard time responding to the controls. Low carpet was a huge struggle, but you could force your way through in manual mode. The tracks definitely struggled to get traction though. Fortunately most of our home is hardwood, so this mainly affected the living room. Even on the hardwood it had a rough time navigating the home and the turning is a bit inconsistent. After I got used to how it drove poorly, I could kinda account for it when driving but when my wife took the controls she had no hope of getting it anywhere.Despite the driving struggles and most features not working at all, it did work for being able to view around a single floor in our home. The picture quality is pretty good but it had better be for $400, night vision was what you’d expect if you’ve ever seen an IR based night camera. It didn’t get stuck upside down at all and anytime it tipped over I was able to get it unstuck remotely. My cat wasn’t a fan of it, but that was kinda expected. Not knocking points here, but we’re already in 1 star territory.Overall this thing is a waste of money. It physically feels solid, but between having a hard time driving, almost none of the features working, and the horrible software…. This is a hard pass and I ended up returning mine.

Id give it 10 stars if I coulds
While I have numerous complaints like the AI chat bot offering literally no functionality only included as a gimmick, the eyes scaring the very pets I’m trying to track -thankfully there’s lots of settings and they can be switched off, no autonomous navigating, etc, what it does is a semi-auto pet tracking and fully functional 2 way video communication device. Being able to locate, view, and interact with my pet anywhere they might be in the house, from anywhere in the world via two-way video is priceless. Quality feels solid, connection is great, and at the robot does everything I expected at a price point of only $400.

One of the best robots so far I have no problems with it easy to set up returns on its own with no problems to charge and it’s even place with your pets
