Can I use this bulb with a traditional dimmer ?
No. Our Smart light bulb could not compatible with dimmers because of the it’s built-in dimming mechanism.

Energetic Matter Smart Light Bulb have been certified by institutions, bulb heating is a normal phenomenon, but our suggesstion is do not directly touch the heating light bulb with your hands for safety.
Fail to add light？
a.Please confirm that the mobile phone using the App is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi and the controllers is also connected to the same router down.
b.You can try to restart the controller, App or mobile phone.
If The Matter QR Code sticker is worn out or missing.
Do not worry about that ! We have one QR Matter code sticker and one light print which contained QR code on the bulb.
Our suggestion is that customer could keep the photo of it for easy connection.
Could not change to the another smart home systems?
If you want to change smart home systerm (like Alexa to Google), you should remove the light from original systerm first then connect it with new systerm.

Easy setup
I love it but it didn’t work fur way I needed. I have a lamp that doesn’t have a switch and had hoped to use this instead of having to unplug it all the time. Unfortunately the lamp didn’t have enough power for the bulb. I chose to use it in the main light and it works great. I love it. Took a little figuring out but it was pretty easy to set up. 2 things to note… it does not come with a remote and can only be controlled with a smart device. I actuslly prefer this but it’s a good thing to know. It is very responsive with my Amazon echo. The other thing to note is that it has no setting to have it transition from one color to another so it can only be set to 1 color at a time. You can adjust the brightness but i haven’t quite figured that out yet.

Right Idea
I’d has issues with my Nanoleaf bulbs dying so I ordered these because of their HomeKit compatibility.They’re great. Easy to setup and add to my HomeLit setup.There’s no app or firmware updates, though I’m not sure if that’s something that’s really needed from a light bulb.Only addition I’d like to see is support for circadian lighting, where it’ll automatically slowly transition from a yellow to a light free of blue as the sun sets, in order to help you fall asleep.For the price and functionality, these are great. They can be any color and are prices like a normal LED bulb. I’m sold.

These work great with Alexa
I got these all thru out my home and they’re great, I can set them to whatever color I want and also run them anywhere from full power down to just enough light to see. Connected to Alexa makes it easy to turn them on and off when I’m away from home so people can’t tell if we’re home or not.

Was skeptical as I am used to one brand but love it. I put it in a lamp I also ordered from Amazon and its a nice look for my home office. The brightest setting is not too brite but not too dim either. Will purchase again in the future.

Won’t connect, don’t bother
I’ve bought 4 matter lightbulbs before and never had any issue connecting them to the wifi or the accompanying app. These energetic brand matter lightbulbs would not connect. It kept giving me a wifi error about not supporting 5gz networks when my wifi is 2.4ghz anyway. Ended up returning these and getting OREIN matter lightbulbs instead. Took me about 10 seconds to set up.

Fun at first but very short lifespan and bad customer service
Worked great at first and was fun but then after about a month of semi regular use it just stopped responding to app and won’t work anymore. I have updated the app and tried all provided troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I have also tried contacting a total of 3 different support emails, including through Amazon and the company itself and gotten no replies.
