Best brand and best mop/vac combo on the market
Love this guy! My first robot vacuum was an Eufy. Then I “upgraded” to the Shark mop/vac combo. The first thing I noticed was the app for the Shark was way inferior to the Eufy app. I had very little customization with the Shark. So I upgraded again but back to the Eufy. The vacuum alone is so much better than even my first Eufy (which I loved). The app is user friendly and you can track your vacuums progress right in the app. The Shark didn’t have this feature. The mop does a great job. You can tell when it starts to get a little low on solution because the pattern isn’t as wide as a full mop but it’ll go fill itself back up. It does a GREAT job mopping and vacuuming. It gets right up on the wall and the square shape gets corners so much better than the round ones. There are other combo machines that run over $1,000 that might be better but I wouldn’t bet on it. I bought mine refurbished and it’s like new!

Life time saver
Love this damn thing it’s the best. Helps out a lot when especially since we both work. Doesn’t run in to anything and does a fantastic job. One of the best at a good value and great cleaning and a strong machine won’t break easily and you can tell it on a schedule when to clean. This is a must have.

eufy Renewed Robot Vacuum Omni C20: A Smart Upgrade with Minor Quirks
Having relied on a Roomba for over seven years (a vacuum-only model), I was intrigued by the eufy Renewed Robot Vacuum Omni C20’s promise of both vacuuming and mopping, especially at its price point. After some use, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.Right off the bat, the eufy impressed me with its quieter operation compared to our old Roomba, and its collision avoidance detection seems notably better. This makes for a less disruptive cleaning experience. The accompanying app is a real highlight. It’s intuitive, highly customizable (even down to the sounds!), and the mapping feature is fantastic. Being able to digitally block off “no-go” zones without needing to purchase physical sensors (as we did with our old Roomba) is a significant improvement and a great value add.Our eufy operates in an approximately 400 sq ft area, taking about an hour to complete a full cycle. What’s truly convenient is its self-sufficiency at the base station. It makes 2-3 trips per run to automatically dump dust and spent mop water, while also refilling with fresh water for mopping. This hands-off approach is a game-changer.The mopping feature is a definite step up from earlier eufy models, according to a friend with an older unit. This C20 intelligently detects and avoids mopping on our area rugs, which is a huge plus. While it won’t replace a deep clean for significant spills (especially with kids around!), it’s excellent for light mop work, effectively cutting down on dust on our hardwoods and in the kitchen. It significantly prolongs the time between our manual mopping sessions, acting as a great maintenance tool. However, there are a couple of points that prevent a perfect score. For the price, I had somewhat higher expectations for its performance on uneven surfaces. There’s a 1/2-inch lip in one part of our home, and the eufy routinely leaves some dog hair and debris in that specific area, which our older Roomba handled without issue. This feels like a basic functionality that should be a given. My second point, and perhaps the more off-putting, relates to it being a renewed model. While the vacuum itself looked mostly pristine, the base station clearly had some dust and debris from a previous household that wasn’t thoroughly cleaned out. Unboxing and discovering this was a bit jarring and detracted from the “renewed” experience.Overall, the eufy Renewed Robot Vacuum Omni C20 offers excellent value, particularly with its advanced app features, intelligent mopping, and quiet operation. If eufy can address the minor performance hiccups on uneven surfaces and ensure a truly spotless “renewed” experience, this would easily be a five-star product.

Failure right out of the box
I setup everything as directed and mapped the rooms without issue (updated firmware too). However the first time I started a mopping routine, the robot filled with water (correctly) and when fired up it gave error E20 – Robot clean water pump abnormal. After multiple searches, most people had issues with the emptying of the dirty water into the reservoir. But the problem was not with the base station, it was with the robot not spraying clean water onto the roller pad. After calling tech support they said to just return it. And they didn’t have any more in stock for an exchange. So my experience was pretty bad, but I’ll give the product another shot if it becomes available again

Good mop, bad avoidance
I have mixed feelings about this product:The good – It does in fact clean very well. The mop picks up dirt effectively and the vacuum works very well. It was also surprisingly good at swapping from carpet to wood. I have a high door mat and it ran right over that. It was also good at mapping rooms and positioning, the floor map and restricted areas worked nicely. App also works well. The bad – Obstacle avoidance, it has none. It will run into everything over and over. If the item is too light (shoes, mic items, etc), it will run up on top of them or push them. It will also get stuck if it runs over something. Cords have no chance. The lidar does not work for anything except a wall, and even there it was unable to deal with short trim (1” trim was too low for the lidar and it kept running into the trim). I was having to run around and ensure there was nothing on the floor for it to work effectively. It also had a lot of trouble with my dining table, it would spend 20 min bumping up against it trying to get everywhere.Overall – this is a great robot mop if your floors don’t have any items on them (or you can restrict any loose items to one area and make it a no-go zone). If that is true then this is a great mop for the price and I would recommend. In practice for me it turned out to be quite annoying due to its limited obstacle avoidance and was almost more of a pain then just using a Swiffer.Note – I had to return because it was making a scraping noise (refurbished version), that is not reflecting in my rating. Though I am also not re-buying due to these issues.

Switched from the X10 Omni and this mop is way quicker. The X10 water bucket also broke multiple times and caused water damage to the machine, this water holder seems to be of much better quality and I can’t see it ever doing that. I do not like the fact that I have to pay 30 for detergent as it is on the pricer side due to the cost of the machine. It does clean very well. Glad I got the renowned as it wasn’t even used. I have a disability so the time this saves is well worth the price.

Life-changing. Keeping my floors clean has always been my least favorite task. Mopping is my most hated task. This does an excellent job mopping twice a week, and have it set to vaccum daily in between. Love it and wish I had one years ago.

My S1 Pro is 1 year old, it started getting error EB14Vacuum was used under 90 times since new, it looks new and it’s very well maintained, just hardwood floors.Contacted Eufy they didn’t offer any good will on warranty, just 20% to buy some parts !At 1600$ – I do not recommend, I will go ahead and invest in Narwal or Dreame

The Tesla of robot mop/vacs. Very smart and easy to use, just maintain weekly maintenance of the robot and it should work for years. Go to bed with dirty hardwood floors, wake up to stress free clean ones.
