Tried two different units and had to return both
Update: eufy customer service contacted me and had me give the same information i gave in my review. I returned the product and now 30+ days later I still have not received my refund. Yet the payment was due and if I don’t pay so have to pay interest. Seems fair to hold a refund hostage on product that does not work?!The unit continued to trip the electrical outlet. Moved the unit from upstairs to downstairs and four different outlets on different fuses receivers the same results. When it ran it ran great. It was quiet, the ease of the app was great and very pleased with performance. Returned the first one and received a second one.Second one came with scratches and some dirt left from previous person. Cleaned it up, charged it, it runs for about 17 minutes then tries to dock itself. It goes around in circles for another 30 minutes or so before it dies as it can never find its way home. Physically put it on its docking station, it charges, we run again and another 17 minutes (yes each day it’s exactly 17 minutes) and it tries to dock itself again but never does.Returned and will look for a different type. My upstairs has a shark matrix which we love and never had an issue. Just tried eufy bec of the reputation of the brand. Tried the refurbished because of the price and I have never had any issues with other refurbished items I bought off Amazon.

Too Much Prep
This works fine. I can turn it off and on using an app. The wet mop function works okay. The problem is the prep work. I have concrete floors. One of my rugs is shag so I have to fold the edges up to prevent the eufy from getting on the rug and getting stuck. It literally twisted the shag around the bristles of the baseboard brush which took 5-10 minutes to untangle. It also gets stuck on the floor vents and the leg of one of my chairs. So I really need to be home to use it and/or I need to prep the room prior to starting the cleaning cycle. I do like how it sucks the sorry out of the robot when it is done cleaning. That is awesome!

Work as supposed good vacuum and mop , struggling little bit to get into deck charger .
