What an amazing hard floor cleaner!I’ve been using this vacuum and floor cleaner for several months now, and it’s truly impressive. I’ve tried several other hard floor cleaners before—steam and semi-automatic types—but they were difficult to use every day, especially when cleaning up food stains left by young children.At first, I was skeptical that this cleaner could handle those stubborn marks, even though steam cleaners often struggle with them. But I was genuinely surprised by how well it works—it cleans incredibly thoroughly! I used to own an iRobot vacuum, but this one performs even better.I actually bought it as a gift for my wife, and she was also skeptical at first. Now, we both agree it’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. If you have hard floors, don’t hesitate—get this cleaner. You won’t regret it!It had a small issue with the touch panel and was missing a back cover, but the touch panel was easily fixed.

Better Than Expected
This robot vac/mop has exceeded my expectations. Easy to set up and use. The end results cleaning wise are better than I expected but not perfect. I love being able to vac/mop in one room while doing something else in another. Not your mom’s old Roomba.

Disappointed with quality compared to older model
Very disappointing. I bought this because I was so impressed with the eufy I purchased almost 8 years ago. My old eufy is still running like a champ. I bought this one a couple of years ago hoping for the same excellent quality. I was quickly disappointed. Within a few months, it would quit halfway through the scheduled cleaning claiming that it had a rolling brush stuck (usually there would hardly be anything in the rolling brush and wouldn’t even make me clean it to restart it). I had to restart it at least once nearly every time it ran. Shortly after that, it started making a dreadful noise when the suction kicked on. I never even bothered trying them mopping option since the thing can hardly vacuum. The noise and stopping aside it does still sweep up debris quite well when it will run.

Very impressed.
Wasn’t sure about purchasing a vacuum with the mop I didn’t think it would work that well, but I was wrong. This thing is unbelievable. The only thing I could say is that it needs some better instruction help. It’s hard to program at least for someone that 65.

The Robovac G30 frequently loses its way, causing it to cover the same area multiple times while completely ignoring others. This inefficiency is frustrating, particularly in larger spaces. It also has a tendency to get stuck under furniture or in tight spaces, requiring frequent intervention to free it. This defeats the purpose of a robot vacuum meant to operate independently.Battery life is another major drawback. Despite its advertised runtime, the Robovac G30 barely manages to clean a small apartment on a single charge. After about 40-50 minutes of operation, it needs to return to its charging base, often before completing the job. This short battery life significantly reduces its effectiveness, especially for larger homes or thorough cleaning sessions.The hybrid mop function is particularly underwhelming. While it seems like a great addition, in practice, it barely dampens the floor and often leaves streaks. The water reservoir is small, requiring frequent refills even during a single cleaning session. The mop pad itself doesn’t provide a deep clean and is more of a surface-level cleaner, failing to handle any dried-on stains or spills effectively.Additionally, the app connectivity and control, while convenient, have their own set of issues. The app occasionally loses connection with the vacuum, making it difficult to start or stop cleaning cycles remotely. Firmware updates, which are supposed to improve performance, sometimes introduce new bugs or issues, leading to more frustration.In terms of build quality, the Robovac G30 feels sturdy and has a sleek design that looks good in any home. However, the constant need for manual intervention, whether for clearing jams or adjusting its path, detracts significantly from its convenience.Overall, while the Eufy Robovac G30 Hybrid Robot Vacuum Cleaner has potential, its numerous flaws make it hard to recommend. For the price point, I expected a more reliable and efficient cleaning experience. There are other models on the market that offer better performance, longer battery life, and more reliable navigation. I love my ‘Brian’. Super low maintenance with base station. Easy app. Does an excellent job cleaning the floors although doesn’t get right up to the edges and deep corners with the mop. What it does mop it mops very well and the ‘always clean’ mop feature works great. The base station’s vacuum is loud which might be a consideration for anyone wanting to schedule night cleaning. Overall very happy with my Eufy s1.
