Two times disappointment
Seemed like a sturdy handle. Install was easy. Great design BUT connectivity problems. This is my second attempt. I returned the first due to the same problem. Looked like it had great potential…Seller customer service was not helpful.

Malfunctions a lot and code has to be way too long also the doorknob is super big it auto locks and it beeps super loud

Works well for everyday use
Installed this smart knob on my bedroom door and it’s been pretty reliable. Fingerprint unlock works most of the time, though every now and then I have to try twice. The app makes it easy to add codes, and the black finish looks nice with the door. Only minor gripe is the keypad could be brighter at night. Overall, convenient upgrade from a regular knob.
