No, you can not. These RGB Remote light bulbs can not be dimmed by a dimmer switch, only can be dimmed by the remote controller.
Should I remove the plastic sheet at the end of of the remote controller?
Yes, you need to remove the plastic sheet at the end of of the remote controller when you use it.
How far can I control the bulbs?
The control distance is about 4-6m(1.6-2.4inches), so if you exceed this distance, the bulbs might not be able to work.
Can I use it outdoors?
The bulbs are not waterproof. If you want to use outdoors, please use them with a lighting fixture that can protect the bulbs from water. But better not use them in an enclosed fixture for a long time canse it will shorten the lifetime of the bulbs.
Can I control severl bulbs at the same time with one controller?
Yes, one remote controller can control multiple bulbs if they are all within the control distance.

Versatile Ambient Colorful Lighting
Very pleased with these bulbs. They have the small E12 base and fit perfectly into my dated Nordic box store paper lights. There are multiple settings of brightness and color, allowing for cool effects with a single or multiple bulbs. Included remote control options that stand out are two color cycling options, fast and slow, and three white light options varying from incandescent to florescent tones. There is also a timer option. Easy to use and the remote is intuitive with many options for dialing in your perfect preferred light any time of day. They have worked continuously for over a month with no issues and are a great budget lighting option.

Tried these lights in my outside lights and lamp post. Worked well. Nice and bright. Change with remote as advertised. Each box comes with two remotes. Did this so I didnt have to change bulbs for halloween and christmas. Now I can use remote for St Pats too. Deducted one star because one light didnt work. Reat worked like a charm.

Amazing set of lights!
Beautiful colors and an intuitive e remote. These things are capable of outputting a LOT of light, and they seem to be running well so far and bring a lot of fun to the D&D table. Apart from one bulb (which may have just arrived woth a one-off fault), these bulbs are tough and seem to keep going like the Energizer bunny!

Dimmable, many colors and functions
We have purchased these several times, they last a long time. Be careful to notate which size post you are looking for. They are easily confusing, standard and small (candelabra) style are the same size bulb but different post size. A better description on the sizes would be helpful.

I picked this specific set because it had both bright white and soft white options. Even on the brightest settings, they aren’t as bright as a regular bulb with the same lumens and wattage equivalent. The buttons on the remote can be hard to press.
