You Won’t Regret Buying This
As a 5’10” female about 165 pounds, this chair is PERFECT. I’ve always struggled finding chairs that have head and neck support, back support, height-appropriate arms and won’t force my body into weird positions. This chair does it all. Feels and looks high quality, the black color looks very smooth and professional. It doesn’t seem to be weak or unsteady. Incredibly simple to put together too. Well worth the purchase. I can sit in it for 8-12+ hours working and not feel exhausted, uncomfortable, or in pain like I did my last chair. You won’t regret purchasing this!

Recliner-like gaming chair with some of the best assembly instructions I’ve ever seen
I got this chair because I have a herniated disk (L4/L5) to replace my old office chair. It’s *substantially* better for this use.I purchased it in “Ddpgray” and it looks great in my room, although I really wish the branding was a little less “gamer.”Specifically didn’t want leather or, worse, faux-leather as that’s awful in the summer; while the cloth is synthetic, the colors are good and it feels very comfortable compared to my old office chair. The quited nature of the fabric seems like it helps with heat issue. I was mainly looking for something with a recliner/sofa feel and this definitely fits that to a tee.Note that, with the foot rest and the steep angle as which it can recline, it’s almost like working on a gaming chair that becomes a recliner. It was a very pleasant surprise, as was the fact that the armrests are linked with the recline angle, reducing elbow strain. Again, a thoughtful touch.Note on assembly: This has got to be one of the well-thought out assembly procedure I’ve ever seen for such an inexpensive item.(a) Instruction manuals – it’s a nice glossy bound booklet that is very detailed and easy to read.(b) Clearly labeled, organized, and separated parts – such that you don’t need to dig around to figure which part is what. Also, they include spares of most things, clearly labeled as spares so you don’t have to wonder if you forgot to install something.(c) Good tool – You know that little L shaped hex tool that most of these things come with? Not this one, this comes with a nice plastic and metal T-shaped hex tool that makes assembly very fast.(d) Details – like putting threadlocker on the screws so they don’t easily get loose. Brilliant!I’m about 5’7”, athletic, weighing about 165 pounds. It’s very, very comfortable for me.I’ll update this review in a few months but I’m pretty positive about its long-term prospects; for the price point, it really can’t be beat.

Good overall but small issues
The fabric quality is very nice and it is a relatively sturdy build albeit at both having a larger base for a wider person. The back is still shaped for a smaller person. I have wider shoulders so I don’t sit well laying back. All in all install was really easy. It’s easily adjustable. It looks very sharp in the cushions are very comfortable. The package was deceptively heavy but nothing you couldn’t handle with a little elbow grease. The biggest complaint I would have and the other half a point I deducted for the four star rating is the foot rest doesn’t slide out very smooth because it’s a metal bar passing through two plastic guides. It also doesn’t seem very sturdy. it says it’s weight tested up to 300 pounds But considering it’s just plastic, I doubt it.

My Son Loves This Chair!

A Good Chair, but a Few Defects Make Me Worried
The delivery was very fast — it arrived way earlier than I expected.The box was in great shape, and the inside looked fine as well.Assembly should have been really simple, and the instructions didn’t look complicated. But it seems there were a few issues from the factory, which made the process much harder than it needed to be. I was able to put it together, but some of the problems I ran into made me worry a bit about the chair’s durability.I’ll upload photos, but here are the main issues I found:• One of the holes on the base wasn’t drilled properly.It wasn’t drilled all the way through, so I couldn’t get the screw in. Since it’s one of the four holes that support the backrest, it’s pretty concerning.• The armrest didn’t align correctly.The left side went on easily, but the right side was an issue — the backrest-side hole wasn’t at a right angle and was bent inward. Because of that, I couldn’t fit the armrest properly and had to screw it in while it was slightly lifted. I’m worried this might cause problems later.• Both backrest zippers were broken.Not a huge deal, but both zippers arrived broken. I saw other reviews mentioning the same thing, so I guess this happens pretty often.Because of these issues, I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars.Aside from the assembly problems, the chair itself is really comfortable, and I don’t feel any discomfort sitting in it. I got it on sale too, so the price was great.If it weren’t for the issues above, I probably would’ve given it 5 stars.

So where do I start i ordered a total or 3 of these chairs, blue 1 I got for my son ended up getting 2 black as the first one I received look like it has been one that was sent back before turned up in damaged box . Now I hope if anyone ordered from this company that they receive a decent chair as I am now having problems getting my refund back from them. They sent DPD to pick up the chair and DPD left me a card with the tracking number however this number does not seem to work. Which is no fault of mine. however i’ve had to get amazon assistance to help which they clearly have not read what I put properly and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve sent messages back and forth to the seller which I’ve had to repeat myself several times which is pretty annoying. This is why I only give 2 stars. My son seems happy with his chair and the chair that I have now is okay however I doubt they will last very long as I noticed with the footrest poles are not very strong. material seems nice and soft but maybe too soft and may not last. In my honest opinion I would not recommend buying any chairs from them especially if you have to return them you’ll be waiting a very long time before you get any money back.I will add to this when I hear information back from Amazon or seller.If you are looking for a gaming chair I would definitely look elsewhere as they are better ones available without all the hassle.I understand if DPD has lost the item which is not any fault of mine. And I do hope that the Seller will have success in finding out where it is..? But I really should not be waiting this long to be refunded back as it’s a matter of them to chase it up with DPD.
