Great Steamer
So far I’ve used this steamer once and I love it! I was able to steam 5 t-shirts and still had an inch of water left in the reservoir. Most wrinkles needed only one pass over to disappear. It is light weight and the reservoir is easy to fill. I also love that you have to press a button to release the steam. That’s great for when you need to adjust the garment or switch garments. No losing steam in between. Although it is a little bigger than the travel steamer I had before, it is still small enough to travel with. If you are looking for an affordable steamer that is easy to use and gets the job done, this is the one for you.

I was a bit skeptical of this steamer. It works as stated. Gets wrinkles out quickly and easily. So much easier than an iron! Doesn’t leave water spots on clothing. The only problem I have is the brush part falls off kind of easily if you aren’t careful. Still happy for the price. Even my teenager uses it and I don’t think she’s ever ironed in her life! No more avoiding certain clothing items when you are feeling too lazy to iron! Not too heavy so easy to move around. Decent size.

I bought this in place of the handheld steamer with the handle on the side which was really a pain to use. Let me tell you why I prefer this one.~ Having the water chamber at the bottom of the unit is brilliant! My previous one was the regular type with the top that you unscrew and add water to. So if you tipped it this way too far or that way too far the water would come spilling out steaming hot. No bueno. With this one you never have to worry about that happening.~ The water chamber holds more than twice as much as the other handheld steamers out there. So it lasts a lot longer before needing to refill it.~ The the detachable water chamber makes refills easy, and you also can leave the water in there because it’s not sitting on the heating element, so no worries about mineral buildup there.~ The swivel based cord makes maneuvering the unit so much easier!~ Last but definitely not least, it’s ergonomic handleless shape makes it easy to use for long periods of time.So this handheld steamer is the best one I’ve ever used, I just love it.And I don’t use mine just for steaming out wrinkled items, I use it constantly for steaming and rejuvenating synthetic wigs. You wig wearers will really appreciate this little unit trust me when I say!Forget the rest this is definitely the best!

Do not buy
I bought this as a gift to give to someone. The box was taped shut and I left it that way so it would all be intact to wrap the box for the gift. Well today I gave my friend this product. the water reserve is missing!! I was so embarrassed, and too much time has passed now to do anything!! Do not buy. Because the box was taped, I see now that it must have been returned.

It’s ok, not great
Not for heavy duty steaming. More suitable for slightly wrinkled items. It heats quickly however. Drawback- the warm water spills over despite being below the line indicated.

LOVE IT
I bought this to get the wrinkles out of a new polyester comforter and a new 100% linen shower curtain. Both were very wrinkled due to their packaging. These two very large items would be awkward to handle so I needed a steamer that worked in more than an upright position. I wasn’t sure what would work so I looked at the descriptions and reviews of many handheld steamers and decided on this one. I was amazed at how easy it is to use. Holding it horizontally I was able to safely remove the wrinkles from the polyester comforter. Holding it vertically I was able to effectively release the wrinkles from the very wrinkled linen shower curtain. It is easy to refill with tap water right from the faucet – no special containers for pouring water needed. I’m elderly and have had shoulder surgery so my right shoulder is weaker than normal. I was able to handle this steamer with no problems. Love it!!

Es muy práctico funciona bien solo que tuve un inconveniente no sé si sea por defecto del producto o solo al mío le pase que si lo dejas de lado tiene fuga del lado del botón para extraer el contenedor por qué de la tapa por dónde rellenas el contenedor no fuga aunque esté de lado solo eso de ahí en fuera cumple con sus funciones
