High Quality & Affordable
I did a lot of searching for a reasonably priced monitor. I was skeptical of this one because it was only $40.00. However, I am so pleased. The picture is big and clear (with good night vision), the battery life on the monitor is great, and the reception is awesome for a 2 story home with basement and backyard pool. Would definitely buy again.

Decent camera for the price.
This is a decent camera set. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I just wanted an easy, inexpensive monitoring system.Pros: I LOVE that the camera view can be controlled by the parent unit. I have two kids in one room so I can move the camera angle to check on both without going in and disturbing them. I like the talk back feature. I like how the time and room temperature show at all times on the main screen. I leave it plugged in for the most part, but the battery lasts for at least 8 hours if I forget to plug it back in after nap but before bed. It’s easy to switch back and forth between cameras and even has a rotating view option to switch between cameras for a short time automatically. The parent device is a good size for my pocket if I’m walking around or go outside, but has a kickstand if I put it down. We have a small house, but I get good connection all though the house and a little ways into our yard or driveway.Cons: Occasionally the camera will cut out for a few seconds if an electric device in the house interferes with the frequency. It resolves quickly and doesn’t really bother me, but I’ve had more expense cameras in the past that didn’t do that. My only other complaint is about the lullaby feature. Only about half of the 8 options are actually relaxing. The others seem a little too upbeat for my toddler. You have to remember which ones are which before you turn it on accidentally and ruin their sleepy mood. The volume is great coming out of the camera, but it’s so loud coming out of the parent unit. I have to put it under the couch pillow while it plays for a couple minutes so I don’t have to hear it. We have other sound machine options so I don’t usually use this feature.The pros outweigh the cons for me, so I’m happy with the product. I don’t use the feeding timer feature, but there is one.

This camera system literally saved my 95 year old moms life!
This “HelloBaby No WiFi Baby Monitor with Voice-Activated Night Vision” saved my 95 year old mothers life; quite literally!. My mother after having a fall, was given some meds that caused Massive Hallucinations; so bad that she rolled out of bed running from something bad and fell again and cut her head. Took her off the meds and for weeks have been dealing with getting them out of her system. For 4 days and nights she would get up and try going outside, etc. This camera system literally saved her life because I was able to set it up to monitor her bed and whenever she would start to get up, I would immediately be able to get up and into the room to help calm her down. Since using the camera we had no other experiences and finally all hallucinations are gone. But I would never have been able to go thru this without this camera system! Thank you so much for this camera! with audio, video, two-way talk and so much more, this is a perfect camera if you need to monitor a baby or child or an elderly adult!!

Still Works Great After 2 Years
We’ve had this HelloBaby monitor for about two years now, and it’s been awesome. The picture is clear, even at night, and it’s nice to be able to turn the screen off. The small size is also a plus, but it’s clear enough for us to see the baby. I like that it doesn’t use WiFi, so we never have to worry about apps or connection issues. The range is good, and the battery still lasts a long time. Overall, it’s been really reliable and easy to use. Definitely recommend it if you just want something simple that works.

Fantastic Monitor, but issues pop up over time
Update update: We ended up having issues with our monitor no longer cutting on. One brief (and quickly answered) email later, and we had a replacement otw to us in less than a business week! We ended up buying a Vtech replacement for the meantime that was $20 more expensive with a monitor half this size and a stationary camera. I didn’t realize how spoiled I was after my Happy Baby setup. For this price range, I don’t think you could choose a better setup.Update:So, going the cheap route has popped up with some issues! While I am still mostly happy with this purchase, the monitor sometimes goes through fits of losing signal. I stay in the room beside the baby and the signal is still strong, but the screen reconnects on and off quite often. Turning the monitor off for a bit seems to help briefly. There is also an issue where the monitor freezes or has a “rolling screen” issue, which I don’t really know how to explain. The image freezes briefly in a purple, black or green color, and then rolls (like movie credits) upwards and then the stream continues as normal. Sometimes this happens multiple times in a row. Additionally, the monitor makes a sound, sort of like a Maraca now, when you pick it up and move it. Lastly, the monitor battery starts to suck after a few weeks. It has to be charged almost every other day now, or just left on the charger.Original:Take this with a grain of salt, as I’ve never used amore expensive monitor, or any other monitor at all for that matter. But why would I need to? This thing is perfect. The image is clear and you can rotate the camera quite extensively. The screen on the monitor is huge and the fact that this doesn’t need any wifi or Bluetooth is great. You just plug it up and then it connects. The battery life is good, the temperature monitoring seems accurate and the connection range suits my needs. Extremely happy with the peace of mind it brings.

A really great basic baby monitor. We have had others that cost 2 to 3 times more and this one works just as well. Highly recommend! Works well and holds a charge. Love the eco mode where it shuts off the sound until it senses noise above a certain level

I bought this set shortly after my daughter was born, after not liking the vtech camera I was gifted. I even purchased a third additional camera (can have up to 5 on one monitor). My monitor started being weird and not charging fully. I emailed customer support, they were great to deal with. I was hoping to just have a replacement monitor- that I would’ve paid for- so I could still use my three cameras. Customer service was fantastic and they are sending me a full set free of charge. Cannot recommend this company enough.I love the functions it has, like multi cameras that will automatically cycle (would be great for more than one child), two way talk, date and time, temperature. Even has lullabies. Found the camera range to be fantastic for the most part, would be able to be outside in the garden with her sleeping in her room soundly. 10/10 product and company.

Aunque no tengo bebé la uso para monitorear un pequeño negocio para saber cuando llega un cliente y funciona perfectamente. La calidad de imagen está ok, la señal es muy buena para mis necesidades y la visión nocturna es mejor de lo que esperaba. La batería hasta el momento tiene gran duración y los cables de carga son suficientemente largos. Sin dudas recomendaría este producto para personas con bebés.
