The normal workable distance from the sensors to the horn (host) is about 328 feet (100 meters)in open area,barriers will lessen this distance.And if you are closer to siren/control unit,it loud up to 115db,the longer the distance,the decibel will be reduced,hope you can understand. The burglar alarm system comes with fully programmed,do not have to program anything,after you get it,open each sensor(excluded remote control ) and pull out the little paper tab near the battery so it then powers up the unit,install the PIR sensor and door/windor sensor in somewhere need to protect,the siren horn is powered by a 110 V to 220 V AC adapter,plug it in outlet,will hear beep,then use the remote key fob to arm or disarm the system along with the alarm horn will beep to remind you it in working(arm/disarm) status;in arm status,when doors open even a little or motion sensor detect objects, horn screams up to 115db scare off intruders and alert you or your neighborhood of a possible break in. Works really well. Unit came with several different sensors and 2 remotes. I did add on 2 more door or window senors.Took a minute to figure out how to match them with this system but all worked ok. Easy to set up and works well. Very pleased.

This is amazing. Perfect stand alone alarm system. Just needs a working outlet for the siren and 9v battery for the sensors. I’ve had mine set up since January and haven’t had to replace the batteries yet, but that will depend on the activity level in your space. The high decibel siren is perfect for getting intruders to depart the area. Especially if they do not expect it. If your concern is with people living in your general area, I would recommend setting it off a few times with the doors and windows open (weather permitting of course).

J’ai récemment fait l’acquisition de cette alarme de surveillance pour renforcer la sécurité de ma résidence, et je dois dire que je suis globalement très satisfait de mon achat. L’installation s’est avérée étonnamment simple et rapide, grâce aux instructions claires et bien illustrées fournies. En quelques minutes, le système était opérationnel et prêt à l’emploi.La qualité de fabrication de l’alarme semble robuste et durable. Les différents capteurs inclus dans le kit fonctionnent parfaitement et réagissent promptement à la moindre activité suspecte. La sirène intégrée est suffisamment puissante pour dissuader toute intrusion.Cependant, j’ai noté quelques petits points perfectibles. une intégration plus poussée avec d’autres systèmes domotiques serait un avantage considérable.Malgré ces quelques bémols, je recommande vivement cette alarme de surveillance. Elle offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et apporte une tranquillité d’esprit non négligeable. C’est un investissement judicieux pour la sécurité de votre foyer.

Very easy to install and certainly loud enough to startle and hopefully ward off any unwelcomed visitors. The key fob works well and it is small enough not to be cumbersome. I’m not sure yet about the 2-minute siren time. I think I’d like it to be longer, but if the thieves haven’t left after 2 minutes perhaps … they’re not concerned enough. It’s one of those items you buy that you hope never gets used.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a $70 security system with this many sensors in a kit. But honestly, it is everything I was hoping for in a kit. Though it appears somewhat made cheap at first glance (especially if using outside in the cold climate), I wanted it more as an inside alarm system when I’m not home and someone tries to break in. Very simple design but effective and works well with seemingly no false triggers in my opinion. I wasn’t sure about the remote controlling feature at first rather than a wall mounted code timer type but I’m rather pleased with the remote feature and there is a spare one in the kit too. The alarm is quite loud actually so much so that I put a lid on the siren to dampen it substantially so it wouldn’t annoy neighbours if activated. It was well thought of in the design in that the siren stays on even if you close the door after which would defeat the purpose obviously and I made sure the siren was mounted near the ceiling so a thief cannot access it to disconnect it. Certainly worth the small investment for peace of mind, great value and product, thank you.
