This is an almost empty box with a small electronic card inside, not hard drive and only able to connect one cámara out of 16

After the original NVR fails after 2 years, this is a poor option and poorer support
My original NVR with 8 cameras linked worked well for 2 years. When it failed and I contacted customer support I recd their msge from China the next day. Only option is to buy a new NVR. This I did and am now pa;ying a tech over $500 to take down all installed cameras so they can be paired with the new NVR. NO SUPPORT, NO ALTERNATIVES. My tech has bought wiring to pair the cameras to the new NVR, but is 20 feet on one. I thought it easier to buy a new camera to pair and replace the outlier. Unfortunately, all of the cameras compatible with what I bought are “unavailable”. This is a deceptive trade practice in which Amazon is embraced. (PS, I can no longer find the msges between myself and the sellers about how to resolve the loss of cameras)
