Excellent desk lighting, very adjustable
This lamp is adjustable 6 ways, plus it offers 4 settings for color-temperature and 5 for brightness. I use it for general desk lighting and for circuit-board assembly and soldering. The swivel joint where the lamp attaches to the C-clamp, and the adjacent flex joint take a lot of stress when moving the lamp by the end. It is gentler on the lamp’s base but a little more awkward to stand up and use both hands to flex a joint. If half-stars were possible, I’d take off 1/2 for that lowest joint being somewhat delicate. But that is a small flaw in an otherwise excellent desk lamp. Adjusting the stiffness of the joints may might reduce the need to stand up to reposition it; I have not tried. The touch control sare very responsive but are a bit of a reach, being on the lowest segment. Moving them to the 3rd (top) segment would make them easier to use. The light output is excellent and doesn’t flicker. It can be folded up and positioned out of the way, if needed; I just rotate it to behind my monitor.

Brighten Your Day
I’ve been looking for a better lighting solution to several areas I use for sewing and crafting. I needed something that would be easily adaptable to every area and give me the best possible light. I have a couple of desk lamps, one is LED and the other one just uses a regular bulb. Still does not give me exactly what I need because of shadows or glaring light. They don’t clamp. And then Amazon recommended this. Not only did I get a $10 off coupon, it was delivered the very next morning by 7 am. I ordered it late in the evening before. I think this is going to take care of all of my issues. Seems to be very well made, very simple to use. It comes folded in a box, you just spread out the lights at the joints. You can easily twist them in the direction you would like. I love all of the different choices for light modes and brightness levels. The clamp seems to be very sturdy and very versatile. Holds up to two and a half inches. That does open up a lot of possibilities and should fit for most people’s needs. I’ll update later as time goes on as I use this. I think for the price, light quality, and adaptability, this is a very good purchase.

Almost a 5 star
I’m giving this review four stars for the simple fact that when I got the unit the power input port on the unit had moved up inside the unit and I couldn’t plug it in. Once I got a pair of tweezers I was able to move it back down to the designated hole and plug it in. Worked great, fantastic lamp very movable and love the sunlight mode! Quality control could use some work.

Worth every penny, but clunky clamp
This is an extremely flexible tool, meets every need… with the exception of the clunky C-clamp (more on that soon). It’s kinda’ pricey for a lamp, but worth it.Build quality is excellent. The ability to flex and rotate both of the LED bars is super helpful. Great adjustments for brightness and color temperature to meet the needs of the application and user. I bought this for our church organist/pianist, as she needed great illumination that we could angle precisely with no blinding of folks in the pews *or* creating white-balance-destroying glare for our cameras/livestream.Musicians like the way the like them, so wide brightness/color temp ranges are perfect for making music under lots of different conditions.BUT… the C-clamp is the devil. A typical stand-type base wouldn’t be usable due to the unpredictable center of balance given all of the ways this thing could be deployed. But the only real option is to attach to the music-desk sled-type thing on the piano. Can’t connect it to the back, because the grand piano isn’t deep enough for clearance of the clamp. So we have to attach it to the front of the sled, which limits backward movement of the music desk and makes it impossible to close the keyboard lid. It also mars the heck out of the lid if we attempt any “illegal” movements of the music desk.And it’s still worth 5 stars. The AV folks, the pianist, and the people in the pews all approve. So I’m working on modeling a 3-D printed adapter for easy mounting. Gonna have to take the thing apart to see what options I have, which I don’t love, but it’ll hopefully turn an almost-perfect solution into a perfect one.

Perfect for reading a book in bed at night.
This is perfect! I got it to attach to my bed frame so I can read my book at night. As I’m getting older, I need more light to read and my little table lamp wasn’t cutting it. I just hooked it to the bed frame and it’s bright (luckily my husband can sleep through just about anything)! I can push it back by the headboard when not in use so it’s out of the way. The touch on and off is nice too. Not sure about durability as I just received it. I’ll try to remember to update my review in a couple of months!

This seems to be a much better swing arm lamp than the two I purchased many years ago. Because it has longer arms and carefully turning each section you can focus light in practically any area. It’s different light temperatures and brightness settings for each particular temperature make this a dream to brighten your work area. Although I am not using it in the bedroom, anyone falling asleep watching TV will love the fact its built in timer will automatically turn it off in a half hour.

I purchased this light for watercolour painting in the evening when I need more light to seeMy work. Tons of light and you can choose different temperatures with a touch button. Cool to neutral to warmer. Also, touch adjustment for brightness. Arms rotate to change angles of the 2 light bars. This allows you to move easily under the light reaching for paints and water and tools. It is out of the way and doesn’t cast annoying shadows with the two bars of light. Would be perfect for studying, crafting or sewing or really any other hobby where you need more light. Oodles of light and not so bright that it affects your vision. The brightness, as I said, is completely adjustable as well. Eye safe light. It’s also very Light weight. Foldable to transport. Configuration allows you to move and work easily under it.It is absolutely perfect- and I hope it lasts!!! Fingers crossed.

Good modern lighting accessory for office desk/ study desk. Helps with eye fatigue also it gives you the option to direct the light where you want it to be focusing on. This is way better alternative than typical lamps due to not enough light specially when studying or reading. With this desk lamp it also doesn’t bother anyone else in the room with you with overwhelming light brightness. This light can be focused on a certain of the room without annoying anyone who might be trying to sleep or sensitive to bright lights. Really worth the purchase and would highly recommend. Easy to set up and straightforward functionality. It does gets really bright when set to the highest setting and can function as a mood lighting for the room. Multi purpose lighting at a good deal plus it has aluminum body.
