The Best Robot Vacuum/Mop Cleaning Product I Have Ever Owned!
The best robot vacuum I have ever had an absolute workhorse!I will have to give this product top marks in everything I can think of, from its functionality to just how easy it was to setup even the minimal maintenance to keep it functioning at peak condition. I have been absolutely amazed by just how well the M3 works. The goal of my purchase was to find something that could clean the house daily, mop a few times a week and vacuum the rest, keep itself clean and take all the dirt and dirty mop water and offload all of the waste into a base station so it is all in one place to make it easy to change once every couple months. If I could find something that would rotate cleaning different rooms on different days and in different modes then all the better. The more I looked the more I realized just how big of an ask that was. I will say, when I came across the M3, the price point made me pause, since I wasn’t keen on spending that much money on something I couldn’t confidently say it will do everything I need it to do and more. The other issue I was concerned about was how loud it might be while it toiled away cleaning because I work on my computer from home, when I’m not spending those hours cleaning. This said the M3 seemed to check all my boxes for what I was looking for, and after using it for this time I can confidently say “man it was worth it!” and the concern about the noise? the M3 has a mode so quiet it doesn’t even wake the cat up! and the standard setting is no louder than a white noise machine making it easy to get work done while the M3 works## As a suggestion, in order to clean the on board dust bin and HEPA filter screen I have the M3 begin cleaning and pause its cleaning once it has left the base station, then I can remove the magnetic cover and dust bin to clean and then have the M3 return to base to recharge. When the M3 returns to the base station it becomes suctioned to the station and cannot be pulled out or removed easily. So it wont fall out, but you will also need it exit the base station in order to do any daily maintenance. The last thing I will say about the M3 is the ease of use of their APP and just how much flexibility you have with its function. The Lefant customer service is top tier, they have always returned my emails within 24 hours and at most 2 days. Every time they have always done everything they can to assist with my questions, concerns or queries even ones I have had about replacement parts for even more long term maintenance or if I cant figure out how to work some function on their APP.All said I give this product a 10 out of 10! and call it an absolute workhorse!

Listen to the Negative Reviews
Our iRobots had failed after a few years–which, I’m guessing, is pretty typical. We don’t push them very hard, but we have dogs and the dander wreaks havoc with the sensor areas, leading to many cleanings and a gradual decline in reliability over time. This LeFant (French-sounding name, but I suspect the origin is significantly farther east and south from those shores) device was on sale and had good reviews so I figured, “Why not.” Why not, indeed. Let’s just say, Amazon has a well-deserved reputation for review scores that are padded, unreliable, or worse. I don’t know where this lies, but having read the really negative ones, my experience falls straight line with them.Unreliable. INCREDIBLY unreliable. I’ve yet to have it complete one vacuuming. (No mopping; I didn’t try it and if I leave the mops on the device gets hung up on carpet–and we’re taking thin area carpet with almost no nap, not shag.). When it doesn’t get stuck on the carpet, it will usually just get stuck which, based on the fact that it gets stuck on bare floors, seems to occur because at some point it will inevitably lose Wi-Fi and then just stops. The one time this didn’t happen–seriously one time it made it to this point without getting stuck–the vacuum needed to re-charge before it could continue. But as it recharged, it forgot that it wasn’t finished so the rest of the vacuuming didn’t occur. On the lowest vacuum setting, it can best be described as “disturbing” the dirt. Dog har, small grains, or other debris is merely agitated but not ingested. I had to kick it up to the very highest suction power to actually move that material, but that of course resulted in the “out of battery” halfway through the cycle, followed by “Okay, I’m done vacuuming today” phase I described earlier. In short, I wouldn’t if I were you. I don’t know if there’s a reliable robot vac on the market, but at least the iRobots I had did the job, if not for more than three years, so I’m tempted to go back to them or try Shark. At the very least, I have a lovely nearby recycling company–I’m sure it’s pointless to try to return to Amazon at this point–so I think the landfill at least will place this device closer to dirt than it prefers to be on its own.

Efficient!
Impressive Cleaning Machine!I’ve been using my Lefant M3 robot vacuum for a while now, and I’m impressed! It’s compact, quiet, and does a great job picking up pet hair, dust, and debris on both hard floors and rugs. The navigation is surprisingly smart—it rarely gets stuck and easily makes its way around furniture. I live setting no-go zones!I also love that it mops as well as vacuums, which saves me time and keeps my floors looking fresh. The app is occasionally challenging to but it’s easy to schedule cleanings even when I’m not home. For the price, it offers fantastic value. It’s dependable, efficient, and perfect for anyone who wants clean floors without the hassle. Highly recommend.

The box contained a total of FOUR brushes (used 1 pair at a time) and TWO filters (one of which is in the dust box, ready for use). There is also a natty little cleaning brush clipped into a recess in the top of the charging station – clever place to keep it.The Lefant Life app is as utterly infuriating to set up as many people report! My w-fi router definitely has the 2.4 GHz signal activated and I followed the Lefant app instructions to the tee… but the first two times it simply didn’t find the robot and timed out after 120 secs. I tried the alternative method – AP instead of EZ?!? (no, I’ve no idea what these are either). I switched off the robot for 20 secs, switched it on (yet again), pressed the power button as instructed for 3 secs (again) until it bleeped (again)… and somehow the app ‘discovered’ the bot this time! Hurrah!! But I couldn’t tell you how.The app helpfully tells me what % charge the bot has, and it seems to take 2 mins to add 1% of charge. I have just played with the bot for 25 mins and it only used about 20% of the available charge. It was on medium suction all the time (on short pile carpet). The menu bar at the bottom of the app screen shows ‘Switch (power) – Standby – Auto cleaning – Recharge’. Swipe it to the left and you discover it continues ‘– Random – Edge clean – Fixed point clean – Manual – Settings’.> ‘Auto cleaning’ is the systematic ‘S’ shaped path that is advertised.> ‘Settings’ includes suction level, if you need to force it to go high or low for certain types of floor.> The main part of the app screen monitors where the bot goes, but no, it doesn’t map the room.> In ‘Manual’ mode you need to pause the bot before using the direction keys, then press ‘go’.On ‘Auto clean’ the bot would clearly work best in a room where everything is oriented in parallel lines or at 90°! When things are at odd angles it can take a while to negotiate them, and sometimes ends up retracing the path it has just taken, but it varies the route eventually. On ‘Edge’ mode it is very thorough – see attached vid. It is very good at detecting solid objects direct ahead, not so good when they’re off centre, but it has rubber bumpers so doesn’t do damage to itself or anything else. As it doesn’t have a moving bumper bar like most bots do, that’s one less moving part to go wrong in my view. The bot had a good go at climbing the 1” bars forming the feet of my keyboard stand! – I thought it was stuck at one point, but no, it turned off its vacuum, paused, tried spinning round and found purchase, clambered back down to carpet level and set off again. It sometimes tries to push through soft furnishings but will always stop if it doesn’t work after a few attempts – see attached vid. It happily clambers up the bump from hard floor to carpet in my kitchen/diner. It goes under anything it can!The bot doesn’t get all fluff stuck to carpets – you’d need a ‘brush’ model for that – but does collect some fluff/threads etc, plus a lot of dust & hard particles. Hard floors are cleaned fine, though I’ve not tried the mop yet. The dust box is so easy to lift out and clean; the dust is collected up against the filter at the far side of the box, not clogging the entrance (like with another make I tried), while hard particles fall to the bottom of the box.The bot sometimes struggles to find its charging station when I press ‘Recharge’, only finding the tractor beam when I place it about 6 feet away, so I sometimes help it. If it has been on ‘Edge clean’ mode, it just tracks on round the edge of the room till it finds its station. For the money (£150 on offer) I reckon it is good value, and will certainly help with keeping my floors cleaner than they have been to date! Just a shame about the app, but at least a remote control can be purchased if you get totally stuck trying to get the app to work.

Refreshing and good to see a company that cares about after sales service. We are very happy with your product to date, although we have only used it a few times. Its seems to be of good quality and robust design and does what we intended admirably. Its does a very good job of keeping the wooden and tiled floors free of dust and hair, with the brushless design and relatively quiet operation making it easy to live with to date. The wet wipe feature is also perfect for the wooden floors as it allows us to control the amount of dampness of the cloth and although we have yet to use the wet wipes I’m sure they will do the job admirably also. The vacuum was able to find its way back to its charging dock without issues from the kitchen next door, which was very good.My only slight comment would be that its not able to recognise angle table legs very well and tries to mount our dining table legs at every opportunity, which whilst amusing does seem to throw the mapping feature off as the wheels are recorded as running further than in reality.

Just added some googly eyes and named him Le Crabbe (in a French accent). Every day at 10:00 le crabbe scuttles around our kitchen diner and picks up all the grift that drives my sweet hubby crazy. And so much cat fur! The place never looks like it needs a vacuum but he always goes back with a full load of fur and bits. No issues with him at all, highly recommend for the tiled floor. We purchased a more expensive version from the same brand for upstairs.

Less than 3 years and battery is dead, robot vacuums chaotically, returns to places it has already vacuumed, and only works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
