There is no SDcard?
The SD card is not included in the package. You can buy a SD card (up to 128G) to record the video.
Fail to connect?
1. Our cameras support 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Switch WiFi to 5G.
2. Reset the camera and add camera again ( press the reset button for 5s, hear the beep and wait 1-2 minutes to restart).
Note: the WIFI name and password cannot have special symbols
Do I need pay monthly fee to use this camera?
No, our camera does not require a monthly fee unless you purchase cloud service for recording. If you do not need recording or use an SD card, you do not need to pay any fees.

Can I receive app alert when I am not pay cloud service?
Yes, you can. App alerts has no connection with Cloud, Motion/Human Detection sensitivity only can be impacted by your settings or the internet, please consider moving the router closer to the camera if you cannot receive app alerts.

It has exceeded my expectations. Installation was very easy; I just had to screw it in like a regular light bulb and set it up through the app in a few minutes. Great camera can be set up using 5 GHz and also has 2 GHz easy to install
I was very happy with this app. I had tried two or three other lightbulb cameras and they all needed 2.4 MHz to set up. This one has both but can be set up on the 5 MHz process. None of the other cameras had disadvantage it operates. Great I’m very happy with it. It was easy to install takes excellent pictures and the app works great. Will buy more.Took one star away because of advertising for the off-line flying cloud .

Cheap. Sounds from visitor is clear, but tinny. Speaker from owner’s voice is similar. Neither is very loud. Alert is not active simultaneously. Goes on and off. Set up is fairly easy, but asks for a subscription. Okay for a cheap camera. Rewired outdoor light in order to use without all lights connected to that switch.

This is very useful; it allows me to see what’s happening in my house from my phone without needing any complicated installation. Bought 2 pack of these cameras.One worked fine and other would not power on. Managed to re-fix the wire that connects to the screw on bit.Second camera worked fine for 2 weeks and now would not power on.No matter what I try.Expected better quality
