I work a desk job and as someone who is only 27, I started to have muscle knots in my abs from sitting like a shrimp at my desk. This is a lifesaver and a reminder to sit correctly. I looked at quite a few before I bought this. Best bang for the buck. Great support. And it has straps to hang onto your chair. I wish I bought this for my last car that didn’t have lumbar support!

Great product
Used this in the hospital for my dad after he had a stroke and needed help staying upright and not sliding down the chair. It worked perfectly. It came in handy when I spent hours in hospital chairs too; we shared it lol. But yes, great comfort and shape for the spine. Easy to carry around and feels like it will last a long time. Pain relief day ONE
Absolutely life-changing day ONE! I have had lower back pain since falling on ice and sitting in my office chair was starting to cause some pretty serious pain but this was absolutely wonderful- pain relief in seconds! Very comfortable, it does not move once you strap to your chair, it’s really well made and I am so just happy. Will recommend this to anyone who listens!!!

Good product
I would say this is a good product overall. I wasn’t expecting anything too high-quality because of the price. I can say that it does support my mid to lower back when driving. Those were my pain areas. It has been comfortable and I use it in different vehicles I drive in. I would recommend getting a headrest pillow too because there is a gap between your back and the car seat when this is put on. Also, it has sat in my car during this winter and the pillow got firm from the cold temperatures. I actually kind of liked the feeling.

I purchased this lumbar pillow to help with long hours at my desk, and overall I’ve been impressed. The pillow is firm enough to provide real support, but it has just enough cushioning that it doesn’t feel hard against my back. The memory foam molds well and stays in place during the day, which makes a big difference compared to cheaper pillows I’ve tried that flatten out quickly.The removable cover feels soft and breathable, and I appreciate that it’s machine washable, definitely a plus if you’re using it daily. The adjustable straps are strong and fit my office chair without slipping.That said, the pillow is on the thicker side. I’m average height (5’7”), and it hits my lower back perfectly, but someone shorter might find it pushes them forward a little too much. Also, if you’re looking for something ultra-plush, this leans more toward firm support.For anyone dealing with back fatigue during long workdays or gaming sessions, this is a solid option. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does help me maintain better posture and avoid the “slouch ache” I usually get after hours at the computer.Would I buy it again? Yes. It’s practical, supportive, and well-made. Just be aware of the firmness level and size before you order. You can travel with it and eventually it does puff up into the appropriate shape as advertised. I use this in my Secretlab chair rather than buying their $80 version and it works the same. Lo compre en 2023 para el asiento del auto que a mi esposo le encantó, pero cuyo asiento me resultaba muy incómodo. Suelo necesitar soporte lumbar en casi cualquier asiento, así que este cojín además me ha sido de gran utilidad en la silla del escritorio. Mi marido lo probó en su sillón para ver la TV, ¡y ahora quiere el suyo! En estos 2 años el cojín sigue sin deformarse y las correas también están igual porque como traslado el cojín del carro a la casa y viceversa han estado sin estirarse y nunca intenté usarlas para sujertar a la silla. Si fuera un poco más pequeño o se pudiera compactar,me lo llevaría para los asientos del autobús o avión a la hora de viajar.

I’ve been waiting to right a review pending test results. I am happy to say my lower back is on the mend from years of sitting in a leather recliner rocker that caused my back to slowly ache more and more since 2011. I found myself constantly arching my back and hyperextending to get relief. I’ve used this back support now for a few weeks and I’m back in action. I’m cutting and splitting would again for the winter. Before I could only work for about 10 minutes before resting and arching backwards to relieve the pain. Now I can work for about one hour and then take a break. It’s getting better by the day. I’m 70 years old and feel much better in the gym too.Very comfortable. Great support. Highly recommend for lower back and upper back support.
