Comfortable and easy to install.
Easy to install, comfortable to wear and the extra weight from the batter pack helps balance weight of the headset in the front. It also adds quite a bit of extra play time. And it offers pass through charging for the headset when charging the battery pack.

Excellent! Worth the Investment to Me! More Comfortable, and More Playtime!
More comfortable than the stock Y-strap and adds a good 2 hours of gameplay to my MQ3. It does take a while to charge, as it’s charging both the strap battery AND the internal MQ3 battery, but once charged, I get 3-4 hours with the MQ3 without issue. You will need to charge it up before your first use, and you’ll know it is fully charged when you hit the button on the strap battery and it illuminates green (by then your MQ3 battery LED should already be green). In the software, when you hover over the battery percentage remaining, it tells you how much is left in both the strap battery and the internal battery, so you’ll always know. It also seems to drain the strap battery first, then it will draw from the internal battery, which is nice. Recommended purchase!

Works pretty well and the additional weight doesn’t bother me, but the device often doesn’t accurately report the battery level in it. It seems to still provide a lot of juice so this isn’t a major issue, but it is annoying.

When you try to charge the battery, the status LED lights up for 30 seconds, and then goes off. The battery does not charge at all. For something so expensive and so simple, this is downright ridiculous.Apparently this is a very common issue – do a quick search and you will find out about this. Until the issue is fixed, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Super útil para que estés el doble de tiempo, me di cuenta como dicen otras opiniones que solo cargaba hasta el 67 por ciento pero es porque lo hacía mal, la manera correcta de cargar la diadema es tenerla conectada a las gafas y directamente meter el cargador en la diadema, la diadema se encarga de cargar primero las gafas y luego se carga después la diadema ellas solas. Cuando pulsas una vez el botón en amarillo están cargando y verde está todo completamente cargado, al pulsar el botón para ver el estado o cuando metes el cargador el piloto se enciende unos segundos y después se apaga y esto es completamente normal, pues se carga bien. Espero sirva a alguien.

Worth it if you plan to play the Quest 3 untethered. If you are looking at playing tethered to a PC, don’t bother as the USB slot is filled by the tether cable and you can’t plug the battery in! (I found that out after buying).Adds balance to the whole setup and keeps you playing for significantly longer. Recommend it (for untethered play).
