Why isn’t the adhesive tape sticking?

1. Please check if the adhesive tape has been peeled off correctly: Peel off the blue adhesive paper on the surface and ensure that the transparent tape has not been removed;

2. Do not apply to walls with excessive dust, rough plastic surfaces.

How to resolve issues where the light strip suddenly turns on, off, or flickers?

This controller is an RF controller, so interference from other remote control signals may cause this issue during use.

Solution: Press the “25%” and “100%” buttons simultaneously for 1-3 seconds until the LED lights flicker.

How to use one controller to control multiple LED strips simultaneously?

Long-press and hold the “OFF” button for 5 seconds to release pairing (the LED lights will flicker once).
