I like this keyboard. Makes it much easier to communicate in some mmo games I play. Fits nicely in my hands and doesn’t get in the way of playing. And no need to worry about charging a separate battery since as long as the controller is charged or plugged in, it works. The different color lighted keys are nice too.

Works as advertised, but the fact we *need* to plug in a USB dongle to use the keyboard is a bit silly to me.Wishful thinking that we could use the data port for this, but when M$ loves proprietary nonsense, it makes it impossible for us normal people to make good accessories that can make full use of the hardware. Maybe next controller model, maybe.With lights, expect the obvious controller battery life to be cut down a good amount.

Many keystrokes not recognized.. this was mostly a nuisance and frustration when it was supposed to make online gaming more fun and allow for quicker replies. Instead, the opposite occurred and I logged off to troubleshoot and eventually chose to begin an Amazon return of the item.**UPDATE: 5 stars! Seller reached out to me directly to replace item. This item was clearly defective from Amazon warehouse. The replacement has no issues and works as expected. The seller sent me a replacement after I had already received a full refund from just to show me their product works as intended. Customer service was top of the line and super fast.. honestly, it was quicker than the warehouse. This was a pleasant surprise and I would definitely order from the seller directly in the future if I could!

Cool and flashy but could use improvement.
Hard to see the keypad in the dark as the light does not shine through some of the lettering and some are hazy and have an odd black line across them. Kinda the whole point of having lights in it is to see what letters are where. Buttons feel bit odd like the space bar has 3 separate buttons for it rather than it being its own button. It does feel bit bigger then it needs to be, as my fingers (by a little) have troubles with comfortability in grip. Because of that it lost 2 stars, especially at its price. The good about it is the colors options is unique. Works for what it is but for 30 or so dollars you can buy a portable keyboard for maybe less that does the same but be more useful then a controller only keyboard.

I would normally write a five star review, but unfortunately the product arrived with a broken W button. It is otherwise a great product, but it kinda sucks that a main letter that is used is broken. Colors are great, it fits the Xbox series x controller very well, but again it did arrive with a broken w key.Edit: I already edited this once, so here’s hoping it sticks. I changed my review from a 3 to a 5 star because customer service was phenomenal. They fixed the issue and were extremely responsive. If you have an issue, reach out to them directly.
