It only lasts 6 months, customer service is appalling, and the 3 year warranty is worthless.
I bought the Mova P10 Ultra 6 months ago. The reviews were fantastic, it was a great price, and above all, I was attracted to the 3 year warranty that MOVA offered. It worked superbly right of the box, did everything MOVA promised, and had loads of features. We were very happy……. until 6 months later. The mop pads would repeatedly fall off their magnetic mounts, preventing it from cleaning. Very annoying when you’ve left it to work away, only to find it failed when you got home. Then I noticed that the mops weren’t getting cleaned, and that it wasn’t receiving any water from the base station, or sending dirty water back to it. I’m quite meticulous in keeping things in good condition, and it had been regularly cleaned, and we often used the cleaning function, so it couldn’t have been any build up of dirt that was blocking the water. Filters regularly replaced, tanks washed out etc etc. We take care of our things in our house. At the same time as the water supply failed, it then started going really haywire. The robot would try to leave the base station, but would only go around around in circles before crapping out.I contacted MOVA customer support that day by email. The next day, they told me to send it back to them for repair under warranty. All good, and they paid for shipping. Two weeks later, it was sent back to me. On opening the box, I discover that one of the base station lid hinges was completely broken. It was perfectly fine when I sent it in for repair. After properly setting it up on the app and in my house, I set it off. Only to find it had EXACTLY the same problem of moving around in tight circles, and failing to go anywhere further. An audio warning kept repeating that the wheels weren’t on the ground, even though they clearly were (the vacuum cleaner does not levitate). I was very angry. Basically, it had been sent back to me damaged and in worse condition than I sent it to them for repair!I emailed customer service again, supplying videos and photos of the problem and asking for a replacement or refund. We have guests coming to stay this Christmas and we need it to work. We also run a pet training company, supplying pets for movies and TV, so you can imagine that we need to keep the floors clean daily. That was four days ago. And despite, phone calls, and numerous emails, I have had not one single reply. This is incredibly disappointing. Customer service has been appalling. Their repairs department send the cleaner back to you in need of more repair than was required on first sending it in, and clearly the three year warranty is absolutely worthless.I’m now going to choose between taking MOVA to the small claims court for a refund, or contacting AMEX whose card I used to pay for it, for a chargeback. AMEX are brilliant at doing this and then take the issue up on your behalf with the company. If the company don’t cooperate, AMEX raises their credit card charges on every tranaction the company makes (I thoroughly recommend paying with AMEX).Mova, you’re a disgrace. I hope you’re reading this review along with the many, many others I’ve left for you on YouTube, review sites and your social media pages. For potential customers, I have no doubt you’ll find this robot really great out of the box. But there are no other reviews out there except this one, that will give you an opinion on the longevity of this product. The truth is, from my experience, their products are substandard and do not last. Customer service are of no help at all, and the 3 year warranty means absolutely nothing. If you’re happy replacing it every 6 months, then this is the vacuum cleaner for you. Personally, I’d spend more on getting a better brand cleaner that will last longer and thus be much cheaper in the long run. See my video and photo and make your own opinion.Do not buy. Avoid. And run for the hills. Shame on you MOVA.

Love this vacuum and mop
So far i am lovingvthis vacuum. Setup was pretty easy. The app is very good. It had been doing a great job with vacumming and mopping. I runs once a day. It has not gotten stuck once. Seems to have pretty good obstacle avoidance. Its pretty quiet too. The mapping works really well. The only issue i have had was when the room is dark it sometimes gets confused and thinks rugs are cords and stops. I have mosly vinyl plank with a few area rugs and three dogs.A month in and i am still happy. Probably the only area that need improvement is mopping. It does great on regular stuff but occationally i need to wipe up harder to get up messes by hand. I would still recommend this and have to a number of folks.

Amazing for value
The Mova p10 in my opinion is a fantastic robot. It mops and cleans my entire floor and the amount of dirt and other particle it removes with its mops is insane. The battery life is more and enough to get through my whole house. The navigations is okay, it sometimes takes a bit to get around object but over all good. Pretty quiet when it comes to cleaning compared to the other bots.

Comparison between the E-40 Ultra and P10 Pro Ultra.
UPDATE: Less than two weeks in and have started to experience issues. Robot completely factory reset all by itself. It was fine yesterday, but when I went to use it this morning, it had completely reset itself and had nothing in its memory. I had to go through the initial steps again, just like I did when it first came out of the box. Mapping had to be redone. I had to redo all of the stuff on the map I’d already done. We did not lose power nor Internet in the last 24 hours. This may be an omen of things to come, if so, this could be a real problem. I have also noticed that it has started to make a strange noise in the wheels when it turns that it did not do until today. That makes me nervous, because several of the reviews talked about one of the wheels making strange noises, and then it broke. I think this guy may have to go back. Customer Support chat is still awful. This makes me very sad. When this thing is working correctly, it has fantastic features.- – – – – – – -Initial impressions: I bought a Mova e40 ultra first. (See my review of that one for more details on it.). Noticed it would not lift the mop pads off the carpet, so thought I would try this one to see which one I would keep between the two. NOTICE: Customer Support Chat is clunky and takes forever for rep to go back and forth in chat. I gave up and wound up quitting chat. Then got 5 emails. ?????? Anyway, onto my initial impressions of this robot.Took several tries to hook robot up to wi-fi. Once there, it operated correctly and quickly. This robot has quite a few more functions than the E-40 ultra. The things I like better about this machine; it has a light built in on board that will turn on if it’s entering a darker space, it also has a side brush that extends, as well as extending mop heads, it seems to be more intuitive than the E-40. I have noticed both mops will only lift the mop pads if you set the carpet settings to vacuum only. This model seems to be a little bit quieter than the E-40 model. This model also gets much closer to every wall and object than the E-40 – the E-40 would not go along baseboards every time. It also would not hug close to the edge of the rug to the hardwood floors. This model also seems to be a better judge of distance with it’s Lidar system and would enter spaces the other would not. This model has a detergent dispenser where the other one does not.The only thing I wish this model had that the other model has is the 19,000 PA in suction, this one only has 13,000 PA.I am still evaluating this unit. If I run into problems, I will come back and update this review. All in all, I think both units are worth their sale price for Black Friday. I am leaning toward this unit because I feel it might clean the hard floors a little bit better. I don’t think either unit is going to be stellar on carpet, but none of these little bots perform as well as a full size vacuum – at least not the entry level bots.At this time, I would recommend this unit.

I’ve been using the MOVA Robot P10 Pro Ultra for the past four months, and it has honestly been a fantastic experience. From day one, it delivered exactly what I hoped for — reliability, ease of use, and consistently impressive cleaning performance. The suction power is strong enough to pick up everything from fine dust to pet hair, and it transitions between floor types smoothly. The smart mapping is accurate, and after the first couple of runs, it learned the layout of my space really well. I love how seamlessly it moves around furniture and tight corners without getting stuck. The app is simple, intuitive, and fast — scheduling, spot cleaning, and zone selection all work flawlessly. The battery life is solid, and I rarely need to worry about charging since it returns to the dock on its own.Overall, the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra has made everyday cleaning effortless. After four months of regular use, it’s still running like new. Highly recommend it if you want a dependable and genuinely effective robot vacuum.

I am writing this review to let the future buyers know what to expect if you buy this product. The reason I gave 5 starts because buys have the tendency to read mostly the positive reviews to make their purchase decision, the same mistake I have done. I should have read the one star reviews as well to find out what wrong with the product.I purchased this robot just 2.5months back in Canada and I was very happy with the purchase until the robot stopped working one day. What’s good: Feature wise this is an outstanding robot, the app is awesome. I didn’t have any issues setting it up and mapping my house. I also scheduled the robot to clean my house every other day. It gets the job done. The robot gave a great service for 2 months. There were few times when the robot would stop in the middle of the cleaning process when mopping pads came off after getting tangled with by phone and laptop charger wire. Don’t leave any wires lying aroung on the floor as the obstucle detection system cannot detect it and gets tangled. What’s bad: It’s just only 2 months and the battery started draining significantly faster. On a single charge battery couldn’t even clean a 400 sq ft area. It will stop in the middle and the app would show Robot Offline message. This is really unacceptable for $800 robot to go bad in just 2 months. Day by day the battery capacity got worst and I had to call service center as it passed the 30 day return window. My experience with customer care: Unlike a lot of unhappy customers my experience with Customer Support was not awful. Users complained about non existant customer support but it’s not true atleast for Canada. I called their customer support and with two tries someone picked up the phone and opened a service ticket to escalate to the tech team. I demanded refund but they clearly denied as it passed the 30 day return window. After the first call over phone the next interactions I had was over email. They were pretty prompt in responding to emails. After giving me some basic troubleshooting tips like wipe the sensor and do a hard reboot etc, they asked me to send the robot to a service center. A shipping label was created and sent to my email. Initially they asked me to ship the entire device (robot with the docking station) which I objected as I didn’t have the original packaging. Also my issue was with the battery only. Finally they agreed and asked me to ship the robot only. You will get 15 days to send the robot to the service center. After I send the robot the work was done in a day and they shipped it back the next day. I think all total it took only 5 days to get the robot fixed which was awesome. As part of the fix they had to change both the battery and the mother board. I am not sure why they changed the motherboard!!Today I did my first testing after service and everything is working fine. I had to do the setup one more time. I will keep the review updated with the experience so that it helps future buyer to make decision. I think I would not go with Mova rather buy something from their parent company DREAME.
