Love it! Worth the money for sure!!
Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! With minimal prep work, I get to have freshly cleaned floors daily!I absolutely love this vacuum/mop combo. I researched for months before purchasing, despite already having family members who swore by it because it is so pricey. I ended up getting it on sale during Prime Days, but I would have paid more now knowing how amazing it is and how well it works. I have used a couple of other vacuum robots and mop robots individually and never been fully happy. While they did the job they left something to be desired, either leaving crumbs behind or leaving streaks or stickiness on the floor. The NARWAL is a game changer in my house.The set-up process was extremely easy, a few minor assembly tasks, fill the water tank, and start the mapping. The mapping took 5 minutes and was right on the first time! After having this for a month and loving it for my main floor, I also found out you can have the robot map a second area, so I took it upstairs in my house and mapped the upper floor and now I can carry the NARWAL upstairs, switch maps, and have it vacuum the upstairs as well!There are so many settings to meet whatever needs you have for your flooring. You can mop and vacuum separately, you can mop and vacuum consecutively, or you can mop and vacuum at the same time! I have 2 rooms with carpet and 3 rooms with hard floors, so I have mine set to vacuum the 2 carpeted rooms first, then to vacuum and mop at the same time on the hard floors. My hard floors are now so clean. I would say the vacuum is sufficient, I still use my stand-up vacuum from time to time, but definitely less now that the NARWAL is running over the area a few times a week. You can change the suction level of the vacuum as well, which helps for different types of carpet. It did get caught on my medium pile carpet once during the first run, but subsequently it does the whole carpeted area without issue. I just always make sure to pick up cords and anything that could be an obstacle, but it has never gotten hung up or stopped by any furniture in my home, unlike previous devices I have used, so it gets around pretty well.The NARWAL cleans my entire home on one battery charge (around 2,000 sq ft), even on the first couple of runs when it ran over each area 2-3 times, so I would say it has a pretty good battery life. The noise it makes is minimal, similar to a large fan, but again with the multiple settings, you can change this to your preference. It recognizes where my rugs on the hard floor as well, so I have the option of either leaving the rugs in place or moving them when I want a deeper clean.

It’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home.Setup was a breeze. The Z10 quickly mapped out my floor plan using its advanced LiDAR technology, and now it vacuums and mops daily with zero effort on my part thanks to the scheduling feature. With a household of five people and five pets, I was skeptical — but it keeps up impressively well!Battery life is excellent, lasting through deep cleans without issue. When it does need a recharge, it automatically returns to its base and picks up right where it left off. While it handles baseboards decently, it does struggle a bit with tight corners — but that’s a minor trade-off for the convenience it offers.If you’re on the fence like I was, I highly recommend the Narwal Freo Z10. An investment worth making!
This is exactly what every busy household is looking for! First, aesthetically is very pleasing. The base unit is sleek and conceals the clean/dirty water tanks so they’re out of view. The robot itself also fully tucks away when not in use. The tanks are thoughtfully designed and easy to fill and clean. The mapping is quick and accurate. You will need to allow it to map ALL locations you may want cleaned or it will not enter an unmapped area. It is easier to close off a mapped area than to need to remap your home to add a new area (ask me how I know lol). The sensors see things in 3D in real time! This is wildly important. I had a previous robot that only used a 2D camera and it was constantly bumping into my trim and doors causing extensive damage to our home. This robot doesn’t actually touch/rub anything! It comes so close to the edge but stays just shy of touching it which means no damage to your home. The vacuum strength is adjustable so you can customize it to your homes needs. The mop and cleaning pattern are also adjustable. The mop does have a tendency to leave a thin dry area between the circular pads but with repeat mopping over time this is a non issue. Our floors are very clean and I have it scheduled to vacuum only 3 days a week and vacuum and mop 2 days a week. Scheduling your vacuum cleaning schedule makes everything hassle free. Just remember to monitor the clean/dirty water tanks (it will send a notification when it needs your attention) and let Narwhal take care of your floors for you. This is an investment but it is one I’d make again for the value and ease it brings to my daily life.

Total game changer! This machine is so smart, thorough and effective! I have never felt like my floors were clean with the traditional methods. The Z10 will continue multiple times until it is clean if necessary. I walk with white socks on my floors after it’s done cleaning and the socks stay white! It’s easy to do a room, a zone or all of the house. The app makes everything easy. And I have to say it’s fun watching the machine sense carpet, go up on it and retract its wheels so it only vacuums. Oh and did I mention too. It’s so quiet I can do my floors while watching tv.

Mais à ma grande satisfaction, le robot a immédiatement fait bien mieux que moi. Il aspire très fort, ne procrastine jamais, et est très simple à configurer. Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux et celles qui sont écoeurés de vivre dans une maison sale. Il est l’un des rares modèles assez puissant pour les maisons avec des animaux, et surtout, un des seuls robot haut de gamme qui ne vont pas s’autodétruirent bêtement dans une flaque d’eau.Il est extrêmement autonome. Il retourne se mouiller, secher ses moppes, vider sa poussière. Tout ce qu’on a à faire, c’est changer l’eau de temps en temps. Il va même repasser plusieurs fois dans la même pièce s’il détecte un niveau de saleté élevée. D’ailleurs, dans mon cas, son premier nettoyage a été extrêmement long à cause de ca, ce qui démontre qu’il avait beaucoup de rattrappage à faire! Mais ne vous en faites pas, ses prochains passages sont beaucoup plus rapide.En bref, c’est mon meilleur achat de 2025! Il était en promotion au moment de mon achat, et c’est la seule raison pour laquelle j’ai eu le courage de l’essayer. Mais maintenant que je l’ai, je peux affirmer sans honte qu’il vaut amplement son prix. We run it every other night while the entire family—including young kids—is fast asleep, and it doesn’t disturb anyone. Super helpful keeping up with the dust bunnies from the dogs and the cat litter tracks – I was excited about the mop feature but it does a very small area and then you need to replace the tank of water and empty the dirty water. I have a 1400 square foot house and it required me babysitting tanks 8x to do the household. At that point it’s faster to mopVacuum feature works great although it does run into things the odd time out of the blue.
