Fantastic coverage…
Love the ease of installation and the coverage it provides. However some things work intermittently that I need to figure out such as wireless printer keeps disconnecting, some Harmony One remote features no longer work (i.e. Netflix functions), etc. And it’s a bit pricey for the whole system I needed (mesh, router, extra satellite), but since we’re now working remote from home and not spending $100 p/wk in fuel, it pays for itself in 8 weeks.

Router
These routers have worked wonderfully in my home. The expense is worth the cost. The signos strength es Great the connectivity, works well for all of my devices.

Now There Are Three Satellite
Setup was mostly per the instructions. It messed with the base station, extending the network to my side yard and strengthening connections with my backyard devices.

Good Wifi but still needs the occational reboot.
A mesh network is the way to for a house. This satellite with it’s two brothers and one router cover all of my house nicely. Probably one of the best systems out there. I get about half the rated speed at from the modem at the farthest point in the house (one floor up and caddy corner) from the router. Still some not so nice things:1. Every so often Wifi will drop 10x speed. The device web page and app report all good. However after a reboot it is magically fixed.2. The app is a little crappy and slow to update. It seems to only care about the router firmware – I haven’t found a way in the app to update the satellites.3. The app wants to upsell you an on a anti virus service. To my taste that should either just come with the device or not be there at all.

Easy set up and really delivers!
I had the Google Wi-Fi Mesh System.Tried the Nighthawk and Wow it really delivers.Better Wi-Fi strength than anything I’ve used before and can handle gig internet speeds.I work outside a lot, and this allows me to move about my property without losing internet connection.I added a station in my separate garage and things are working great.

Super simple mesh. Doesn’t stay connected.
I’m a fan of Netgear, use plenty of their products for work and personal. So when I moved into a larger home I needed a mesh network to cover the house. I decided Netgear. The house already had an older Google WiFi, but I’m not a fan of Google and wanted to have newer WiFi 6 to work with. The setup was super easy, and each satellite connected quickly. I found the app simple, if not too simple for my tastes. Then the notifications started coming in, way too much. If I were complacent about the devices in my house I’d say this is a good thing, but every device the Netgear scanned it reported to me. I turned off notification quickly. Then after a few days the satellites started randomly disconnecting. This caused havoc with my Smarthome devices, as some need to be manually reconnected at times. The Netgear satellites were placed identically to the old Google WiFi, so they should have worked if not better. I tried to re-position them to get better mesh connections. The info in the App, or the web admin didn’t really give me much to go on for this. It seems to be all or nothing with connectivity. In the end I gave up. Sending these back to Amazon. Hopefully someone else has better luck with them.

Helped to extend internet coverage
Great product that helped to extend internet coverage into our shop. Roughly a 25 yard distance to our shop and the satellite connected with no issues.
