Love this! Just turned a room into a closet so was looking for a good steamer but didn’t want a professional one that took up too much room. It works so well! It doesn’t spit water like cheaper models. I’ve only used it as a steamer not an iron. I’ve used it on delicate fabric and really wrinkled stiff cotton. Worked quickly. Easy to use also.

Poor design doesn’t work long
They sent a replacement, and were very kind about it. The new worked fine the first use. I only use it once a week and the first one took about 5 months to stop working so I’ll update again in a few months to let y’all know how the replacement is doing.It’s very loud when the motor is pumping the water from the reservior…Initial review: 1 star – Expensive trash that lasted about 6 months and now doesn’t work. I spent $12 on a cheap steamer that lasted YEARS and threw it away when i bought this junk for 10x the price. Very unhappy

Avoid buying this product… it only lasted about 2 months
Do not buy this product avoided at all costsI bought it for my wife and it lasted maybe 2 monthsand then just would not turn on anymore and it wasn’t even used every single day it was for finer outfits that were used for occasions. Also this was not used in an inappropriate manner or with disregard this product was cared for because it was so greatly appreciated and treated the way you would treat anything you enjoying appreciate Unfortunately they just want you to buy another one and another one and keep replacing them because they’re not manufacturing them the way they should also it’s curious because I didn’t buy the extended warranty which I don’t think I should have to it’s a brand new product could be a reason why I got the one of lesser value which only lasted a couple months it’s absurd it’s ridiculous especially at this price
