Strongly recommended for heavy Oculus Quest 2 users
Since I started to use Oculus Quest 2, I’ve been bothered by the complexity of charging the headset and the two controllers separately, as well as the difficulty to organize and store them. This charging dock seems to have solved all my problems. I can now simultaneously charge all of them, and, when not in use, they can be tightly stored together in a presentable way. For a heavy user like me, this charging dock has become a lifesaver. I can easily grab it, play it, and charge it, without any extra procedures. Praise goes to the magnetic USB-C charger head. It is solid and well made. The magnetic force is strong, and the clicking feeling of placing the headset onto the dock is satisfactory. I also like the charging light. It is beautiful to look at in the dark. However, it would be great to have an option to dim out the light after a while. Overall, I enjoy this product and I strongly recommend it.

Wanted to like this, but there’s a common defect
Overall: I really wanted to like this charge station. It looks great, accommodates my upgraded head strap, however there’s one common design flaw. The left controller stopped charging. It seems to come up in a lot of one star reviews. Works great for a bit then just stops.I went through all the troubleshooting possible to determine the battery was fine when switched to the other side and that it is in fact the base unit. 6mos into a reaching out to the company to eventually get ghosted by their customer service. I paid $20 in shipping for repairs, for nothing to be fixed. They eventually shipped a replacement left controller battery cover hoping for the easy fix – also didn’t work. After that… they just quit responding. 8mos into a 1 year warranty and I think now they’re just hoping to run out the clock. I’ve asked for a fix, replacement or refund. Best Gift Ever!!
This was a birthday gift and the person loves it!! It goes great with they’re set up and they don’t have to keep changing their batteries anymore. The light indicators for the batteries are awesome so they can tell from a glance they’re ready for gaming. Sturdy material, looks great on his desk, charges really well and pretty quick. Definitely worth the money!!

Excellent product so far. And by the way you can turn off the light by tapping the logo under the headset part (maybe it won’t charge then, I haven’t checked, but if fully charged, I prefer not to see the light all the time.) The only thing that annoys me is that I can’t find any sports grip with an opening so that I can use this charger and have other grips on my controllers. I find it very strange that nobody is mentioning this in these reviewers or for the old model with lots and lots of reviews. I went to NexiGo’s website (in the US it seems) and asked if they sold some grips that would fit the charging? The reply was kind of funny: The whole email reply consisted of “no.” No signature, no hello, no recommendation for other brand’s grips… wow. I read that this company has replaced people’s faulty units which is a reason I decided to buy from them (good customer service) but at least their own website’s customer service is very questionable. I will reach out to the seller here and update if I find something. People who buy these stands are heavy users, I imagine, after all we have even splurged on the Elite bands, so why wouldn’t we have better grips for sports or beat saber? There must be more then just me.

Parfois on sait qu’un produit est de qualité rien qu’en voyant l’emballage. Le carton parfaitement plastifié, même la boite du produit est de qualité et je n’ai pas été déçu par le produit, monté en cinq minutes à peine (Bien faire attention de mettre les piles dans le sens des barres argentées puisque ça doit toucher le couvercle magnétique qui va avec) Très esthétique, pratique et ça fonctionne, en plus, je l’ai payé beaucoup moins cher sur Amazon que sur la page d’origine de la marque (69,99€ et moins de 40€ sur Amazon) Seul petit point ennuyeux, c’est que je dois enlever les protèges manettes pour les charger, mais je ne vais pas chipoter pour ça. Par contre, je n’ai pas compris à quoi sert la deuxième prises usb derrière l’appareil… si quelqu’un à la réponse… j’ai regardé sur le site, mais je n’ai pas trouvé…) Bref, je recommande. Comme toujours, à voir sur le long terme et surtout combien de temps les piles magnétiques vont tenir, mais je ne regrette pas mon achat, ce produit vaut le prix, surtout sur Amazon (Ah, oui… pour info, j’ai un Quest 3S)
