This is so fun to use, batter sucks, look is amazing, no sound, functions as expected (tons of colors). Rechargeable, uses a C port for USB, can be plugged into a PC.

Great light, but minor issues.
I’ve been eyeing these things for a good three months but never actually got one until now. I opted for the usb option without a speaker. I was already aware that the color options would be limited to what is on the remote, but there is one issue I have with it – while you can adjust the brightness on the individual colors, you cannot do so with the other preset modes. So far I have just been keeping the device plugged in, and using the remote to turn it on and off. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes it tends to turn itself on, even when the remote is nowhere near me. The issues I’ve experience are minor and don’t affect my enjoyment of the light, but I thought it would be helpful to others to mention.

Very realistic to the Northern Lights!
Love that these have a battery and can work not being plugged in for a long time. Brought camping with me for my nephew who is scared of the dark and he loved it! Bunch of different colors, comes with a remote and tiny to pack and travel with. As someone who has seen the northern lights these really do look realistic! I accidentally dropped this while getting it out of box onto tile floor and had no issues. Product is very durable. Well worth the money!

Bought it for my toddler who is scared of the dark. It’s smaller than I expected it would be but it still lights up the entire ceiling. LOTS of different color settings and variations. My toddler loves it and is back sleeping through the night again.

Okay for a corner
The lights are gorgeous and I love the water ripple effect which is very calming. I’ve dropped this thing a few times and it’s doing fine!I’m sad at how little an area of effect it has, it can do a small corner well or maybe 4-ish feet of a ceiling up close. The farther you project the more blurry a mess the details get, so I keep this up on a high shelf but then it covers a smaller area. I wish it could cover a wall or the whole ceiling of my room which is an average 11×10 sqft size. For the size of this, I guess it’s fair but the pictures are really misleading, it’s not going to look that good and most are definitely photoshopped. I’d go for it for $12-13 dollars but it’s a scam for $20 or more. And really it’s good for making a corner more lively.
