How is the Smart Lock powered and how can I charge it?
The Smart Lock has a built-in lithium-polymer battery that can be fully charged within two hours. Thanks to the magnetic charging port it can be easily charged directly on your door or while being dismantled from the door.
How do I install the Nuki Keypad 2?
The Nuki Keypad 2 is mounted on the outside of your front door by sticking it to the door frame or screwing it on the wall. The required mounting accessories (adhesive strips, screws and dowels) are included in the package.
How is the Nuki Keypad 2 protected against theft?
If your Nuki Keypad 2 is stolen, we offer you a theft replacement. Just send us a copy of your loss report (issued by the police) and proof of ownership (original invoice) of your Keypad and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Works great with HomeKit! Easy to install, zero problems after 30 days.
I never leave reviews. I tried the Level Lock which is invisible, but would not stay connected to HomeKit. The Nuki lock is not invisible, but the design is nice. It was easy to install and has stayed connected to HomeKit for over a month without losing the connection. The Auto Unlock feature when you walk up to the door works perfectly. And the keypad works great, just in case. I thought I would miss not having home key, but the Auto Unlock works great and the finger print reader is fast. My only quibble is it is not quiet, the heat you install to connect the Nuki to the existing hardware, is a touch loud when it locks or unlocks. Not a big deal, but nobody is sneaking into the house when the lock unlocks. Maybe that is a feature not a bug!

Love this smart lock. Allows me to keep the look on the outside to satisfy HOA requirements while giving me the ease of a smart lock. Love all the ways to open it. I added the keypad as well. The app is great too. Everything is very responsive. Very easy installation for the lock and keypad.

Cheap plastic used inside, and proprietary charging
The adapter is a cheap plastic that breaks easily, and may jam the lock, making you unable to unlock it from outside, even with your key.Plus they use a proprietary charging cable instead of a standard USB-C, or removable (and replaceable) battery.They keypad bundled is going to be replaced soon by a version with UWB and Apple Home support.

I’ve tried the SwitchBot Pro and Aqara u200 and this hands down kills them!! It’s fast, quiet, small. It just works!! Love it!! Highly recommend

This looks to be an improvement on the dated August design. It’s cheaper, however, with the keypad included. *August just dropped their price on Amazon. Brushless motor and speed should be much better, as well. Updated review of product and installation to follow.
