Amazing Temperature-Control Mug with Great Battery Life
I’m really impressed with this rechargeable heated mug. The idea of having a battery-powered cup that actually keeps my coffee hot for a long time is amazing. The digital display and touch buttons work perfectly and make it super easy to set the exact temperature I want. It heats fast and keeps the drink warm for hours without needing to reheat. The build quality feels solid, and the design looks sleek on my desk. Overall, it’s a very smart and useful product. I’m really happy with it and highly recommend it!

Well designed and functional cup for serving hot liquids for a considerable length of time.
I have three of these mugs and the charging base illumination is completely different between them. One is bright and the other one is so dim that you cannot tell if it’s on or not. The third one is right between the other two in brightness.???. The temperature control on the cup is too sensitive and should be placed higher on the cup. Both my husband and I turn off the mugs all the time while we are drinking from them. The menu’s are easy enough to figure out without the manual and the charging plate is almost as easy. I am not sure if it’s 14Oz or 16Oz, but it’s a good size for me. It’s pretty and well designed. The base controls are easy once you get the hang of it. The ONLY things that bother me is that the seal fits so tightly that the lid comes off when you open it AND if you are right-handed, I keep accidentally activating the menu with my thumb and turning the cup off. The battery is large enough to keep the cup at temperature most of the day. The charger is efficient and doesn’t get warm, I did not see a UL logo on the device for US markets.

Keeps My Coffee Warm Exactly the Way I Like It
This heated mug turned out even better than I expected. It keeps my coffee warm throughout the day, and the temperature control is very easy to adjust with the digital buttons. Being rechargeable is a great touch and makes it convenient to use anywhere without needing a constant power source. The build quality feels solid, and the display is clear to read. I also added a photo because it really does look as good as it works. Overall, a very useful product that delivers on what it promises.

Poor design, poor QA
I purchased two of these, the first one stopped working in less than a day of use. It only was able to charge the cup when powered off, but not when the cup is powered on, which is needed to keep the drink warm – I tested this with a usbc power meter when diagnosing the issue.The -SECOND- cup I purchased was intended as a gift, but opened it after the first one stopped working. The SECOND stopped working after about a day as well, this time it wasn’t able to detect when the cup as been filled with water and displays “empty” when full, and then stops keeping the drink warm.Another annoying issue is the heating element at the bottom is rather small for its wattage, and will burn any drink you put in it with milk, which leaves a THICK crusty brown ring at the bottom that is difficult to remove, and happens every time.The touch screen is not in a great spot and is easily pressed unintentionally- and you can power off the cup accidentally just by picking it up.

I am so enjoying this Mug!
Love this mug! Keeps my beverage at a great temperature for a long time. Got busy this morning and had hardly drank my coffee. Still hot 2 hours later. Now, that was nice. So glad I grabbed me one of these mugs. Right now I am having a delightful cup of hot Peppermint tea brewed in my mug and staying as warm as I want it. Easy to use and clean. Exceptionally well made. I expected nothing less from NuWave! I personal like the weight of the mug. Don’t want something flimsy that I have to worry about it getting turned over. I wondered if I would really use it that much and the answer is YES I will definitely be using this more than I originally thought. Way to go NuWave! Great job.

Mocha coffee woes
I really want to like this cup. Feels quality made. Here’s the only issue I see. I love mocha coffee. I usually make it with espresso beans, milk, and mocha powder. That’s it. Only problem is if I try to use this cup with it. The mocha powder tends to settle at the bottom which causes the cup to say that it’s empty and then begins to shut off. Not sure if that’s a design flaw or I can’t use mocha powder in my coffee anymore.

Ok… in all honesty, it took me a while to figure this out. It seemed way more complicated than it needed to be. And to some extent, it was. But, once I learned it, it’s now my new favorite mug. I can keep my drink at any temp that I want to. It’s a comfortable mug to hold weight wise. Holds a good amount of beverage, not too small. It’s heavy duty, durable, and the functionality is there. Drink temp is easily maintained when you set it properly. It’s a good value for any coffee lover.
