Tradeshow Lifesaver
Treadeshow lifesaver. I bought this to steam my tablecloth, backdrop, and signage at trade shows, and it makes a tremendous difference. Quick and easy to use. Professional, sharp results. Packs down small enough to go on a carry-on (with no liquid). The reservoir is big enough that it only takes one fill. I wish the power cord were about 2 feet longer, but I can get to the top of my 8-foot backdrop with an extension outlet. Very quiet. Well worth it. The whole second chance, first impression thing.

Perfect for Travelers, and great to have at tradeshows
I tried this as we travel at our company for various conferences. And so for both personal garments and exhibit supplies such as tablecloths and curtains both need to remain wrinkle free after traveling long distances. The PurSteam Handheld Steamer was a great solution. It was able to remedy our sad tablecloth that had been folded up, packed and shipped across country. And as well it took care of all clothing concerns as well. Ergonomic handheld design, heats up fast, has brush attachment which is good for thicker fabrics like our tablecloth, and it even has a ceramic soleplate a bit like an iron. I can vouch that the item works, it works well on various fabrics, and it is PERFECT for travelers, especially those who exhibit at tradeshows. I recommend it.

Portable steamer that can also iron
The handheld garment streamer from PurSteam is such a versatile gadget for getting wrinkles out of your clothes. You can simply fill the water reservoir and get powerful steam on command or you can use the metal plate as a standard iron. Either way the steamer works well and is fairly portable.

This Steamer Actually Works – Color Me Surprised
So, the wife had been mentioning wanting one of these handheld steamer things. I figured, why not, and picked up this PurSteam model. Didn’t expect much, to be honest. Most of these gadgets end up collecting dust.Right out of the box, it felt pretty solid, not flimsy. The water tank is a decent size, and it clicks on and off easily, which is good because I’m not about to fiddle with complicated contraptions. She filled it up, plugged it in, and the thing was ready to go super quick. No long waits, which is a definite plus.She’s been using it on all sorts of stuff – her blouses, some curtains, even my work shirts when they get those stubborn wrinkles from being folded. I’ve watched her use it, and it smooths things out pretty impressively. The different steam settings seem useful; she usually cranks it up for my thicker cotton shirts. What I like is that it doesn’t seem to spit water like some irons or older steamers I’ve seen. It just puts out a steady stream of steam. It’s also not too bulky, so she can maneuver it around easily.If I had to pick a dislike, maybe the cord could be a tad longer for reaching awkward spots, but it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s certainly more convenient than dragging out the ironing board every time.The reason I’m giving this thing a solid five stars is simple: it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and it does it well. The wife is happy with it, which means less wrinkled clothes around the house and one less hassle for her. For something to make a noticeable difference like that and be easy to use, it earns top marks in my book.
