Best robot vacuum!
Truly the best robot vacuum! Easily mapped my house and cleans very efficiently. Fully customizable – you can set a cleaning schedule, change the suction/mop levels, and create no-go zones and invisible walls. Dust bin size is amazing! I can let it run 2-3 times before needing to empty it. Works great at picking up hair and dust from my dogs. Relatively quiet on normal setting. A lifesaver if you have pets!

This is a phenomenal vaccuum. I’ve heard bad things about robot cleaners, not being smart, just roaming around aimlessly, etc. That’s not this one at all. It really analyzes the room and the things it needs to avoid. The mopping portion isn’t worth it. I just keep the pad off, but for vacuuming, it works wonders. I will say that the one thing it gets confused on is my dining room table. It will circle it a lot, running the battery down some, trying to figure out how to navigate the chair and table legs, but I can have it avoid that area as well. The cross pattern it does on the carpets looks beautiful and it picks up so well. It would make more sense and maybe it does on future models to make the rollers go the length of the machine, for more coverage and less passes, but it really does well. I have to pick it up and take it to the upper level with it’s bad to have it clean up there, but it’s easy enough and just takes a minute. This is the robot vaccuum to get. No guess work or bumping and hoping it will cover the area, the app is the best of the others out there according to the reviews, and you can see where it’s cleaned on the app to see how mythodical it is when it’s doing its job. My best purchase in years. Love it for my home and got my mother to get the same one as well. The battery life is ok. It does drain moderately, but it depends on the size of your area. One pass on quick clean won’t be a problem even for a large floor size. Doing cross pattern, essentially running over everything twice in different directions, it will be close to dead on a small floor size when done. The good news is it will dock around 20% battery and pick up where it left off when charged enough. Just wait until you see how full the dust bin gets after a few uses and there will be no question how well this thing picks up. It even does decent on high pile rugs, but it does hit the occasional snag, but it recovered itself after spinning around. You just need to pickup before letting it do its thing and you’ll come back to floors that look like a model home. I’m talking like the cross pattern lawns you see. Love this thing. Kids named him Dusty.

Ok, I am currently running the machine for the 4th time in my home, which is a 3 bdr, 2 bath, over 2000 sq ft, I dont run in one bed or one bath, so it isnt mapped in the pics provided. Floors are hard wood and tile in kitchen and bath.I am super impressed with the mapping on the app and how thorough the vac is in getting every square inch. If it can possibly fit in, around and under something it will go. I have done multiple settings, not using the mop feature yet as it advises to run a few times before doing so, and it has picked up marbles and heavier things I didn’t even know were on the floor. It gets all the fine particles. The noise level depends on the setting but I have been able to watch TV with it running without any issues. It covers every inch on one charge depending on the setting. I had it on turbo and it had to redock and charge to finish an area but still did the job. My home is old and gets dusty so easy. So to have this run daily helps tremendously, not to me tion I have 2 dogs and keeps the floors free from the dog hair.I dont know about long term use or mop yet but will repost in a few months time.So far, I have to say, I will cry if I have to live without it even a day!!The price is excellent for what you get. It does not empty itself but cant be any easier. I have back issues and to sweep and mop all this square footage was a monumental chore for me so I had let it go. With that said, only after the 3rd use I turned it over and did all the recommended cleaning/maintenance and it was SO easy… I watched a YouTube video 1st on recommended cleaning and maintenance before I did it.I am not one to leave many reviews but am impressed enough to do so.

we really like its cleaning power and its methodology. cleans the whole space. the main issue is that we had it working through the app but now we can’t make that happen. tried 2 phones. also, we had it for several months and then it gave an “internal error” message that we could not fix ourselves. we sent it back; they got rid of that and returned it. so, I would rate their service quite highly. we like its performance so much we are living without the app.
